With the new Version, it brought Zygarde Cell collection, as of now is there anyway to actually combine the Cells to create Zygarde. Or are we just collecting Cells for the fun of it until we can combine them in later versions

I'm trying to do the Type: Null sidequest however I cannot find where to obtain a Magnet, I know that you can get them off Nosepass but isn't Cratos Mountain blocked off? Unless there is another place where you can find Nosepass I might just be plain stupid but assistance would be greatly appreciated x
