Well i succeed to get 12 starters, is there any way to get the 6 others : Treecko, Torchic, Chimchar, Snivy, Oshawott and Froakie ?

Well hi i've got a very big problem here :/ well I started playing this game since the episode 15. Today i was searching in youtube about starters and i found a video telling how i can get bulbasaur well i did everything but i find chikorita instead so i took it. While searching again i found that if install an old episode i chikorita will be bulbasaur again. I did that but the event won't restart again ps : I installed the 13'th episode. Please can someone tell me what can I do because I really want to have that bulbasaur
