well metal powder can be found on ditto's (small chance of them holding it) cell baterries err don't quote me on this but maybe charjabugs? That's if you want ralts now otherwise you have to wait till you get to grand dream city and buy them in the underground at a seller.

you remember were the xen HQ is? ( secret shore etc ). Well you have to get back there and go all the way were you beat ren etc at somekinda train/rail station. If you got the railnet key you can enter the train that will automatically transport you to were the ralts machine is. Hope this helps. err 1 small thing , you might need rockclimb also if I'm not mistaken.

you need to get railnet key but also you need 1 metal powder ,1 pokeball, 3 cell batteries something like that. Ralts is in a machine that's requires some items in order to release it.

In my mind Lavender said to call it a day ( you need to sleep in your bed in the penthouse) or she said to go to mikas café to update the others on whats going on. Now that I think about it , if you talked to rhodea or melia in the penthouse (the 1 that told you to meet at mikas café before the theatre event) I'm pretty sure lavender said to go update the others at mikas café so I really don't know what to tell you ^^.

so you stepped out of the theatre event and did you talk to laveneder and huey etc?

I assume you checked the penthouse already and talked to rhodea etc becuz I remember him saying something about going to mika café later etc, maybe you need to talk to him before to trigger mika café event

you can find fortress in GDC residential area , below the penthouse should be a small garden there you will find it.

go in his gym hes should be there keep looking in his gym.

Try fighting kyogre while standing in the middle not left tile. see if that helps.
