Hoo boy this is gonna be a long one, so I'll just post it all in a big spoiler tag to avoid making several screens worth of post. The latter, though if all savefiles turn out to be corrupted then you will unfortunately have to restart from the beginning, though I highly doubt that'll end up being the case.

You're not supposed to talk to her, exit the room the way you entered.

Removing the (3) and just putting it as Game.rxdata should fix it

Then you didn't implement it right or you didn't put it in the right place. This happens when there is no "Game.rxdata" in your save folder so maybe try and download it then move it to the "Pokemon Rejuvenation" folder again?
