You probably didn't patch it correctly then. Unzip the patch then drag all of it's contents to the Rejuvenation folder then replace anything it asks you to replace. Game.rxdata

Unfortunately, your save file was corrupted. You'll have to revert to an older save file by naming any other file in the same folder to Game.rxdata and deleting your current one.
