To me, the story of the Pokemon games were always more fun than post game. Being able to play through new and exciting Pokemon stories is a great thing that some people look for in the fan games.

I fluked the heck out of this thing, and i am so proud of what i did. I used nature power with my Quick Claw Sceptile, got Heat wave, and burned garchomp. Then i switched to Azumarill, then i switched to Noivern, then back to Azumarill and so on. This was to block incoming earthquakes and dragon claws .

I think i may use some Hax (Pls don't tell Ame) to get past some areas where HMs are required. Juuuuust in case Ame sees this, no i will not go exploring random areas. I am using the hax just to progress through story. So not all hope is lost folks (Unless i get lazy or forget, i'm that sort of person). Edit: I think i may end up recording this actually, tell me what you think of that.

Ok, let's start with some background info. Hi i'm Kalzone, I've been playing Reborn for years now and I've been a member of the site for about a couple months now. I'm into Fine Dining and long walks on the beach, yadda yadda yadda, lets get to the good stuff. So a few weeks ago i decided to start a new game file on Reborn, in anticipation for E16. Now because i'm a total Pokemon Pro, I was resetting at my starter to get a shiny Torchic with speed boost and good IVs (a lot to ask i know but the RNG did decide to favour me eventually). In the middle of this endeavour i encountered a rather amusing glitch. After reloading my save because i got a crap Torchic, I attempted to try again and see if i was lucky. I pressed Z where the Torchic pokeball was located, but i got this message "This Ball contains a Pokemon for new trainers. You may only take one." I instantly knew what had happened so reset my game again but received the same message. I then created a new save and shelved the other one. Until now... I've been super bored recently and since completing both Reborn and Rejuvenation (well as much as i can), I decided to play through the game with NO POKEMON and document the process here on the forums. So i don't really know how I will do this, I'll probably just document key events of the game and anything that becomes really challenging (I have no clue if finding a wild Pokemon crashes my game or not). So you guys tell me what you think and that'll dictate whether i get lazy or not. Edit: Before you guys ask, when i get into a trainer battle it just skips to the dialogue afterwards acting like i won.

Okay, so i just beat the Groudon in Caratos Mountain, chased the Xen Grunt and then talked to the Eldest. Now i cant find my way out of the stupid mountain! I backtracked to the elevators, but they dont work, and when i go to Floor 5 i just get trapped there and have to reset. Pls halp meh. Edit: Okay I somehow made it through. For future reference, keep backtracking and if you get caught in this glitch, instead of selecting a floor in the elevator, select "none". This will take you to the next floor and untrap you.

I personally think the IV boosting shouldn't be added. It COMPLETELY ruins the competitive aspect of the game, and just makes things too easy. I'm already mad at Game Freak for ruining this, Ame pls don do dis. P.s It's sooooo satisfying when you complete a perfect IV mon and use it in battle.

Any tips on Valerie? I have trouble the whole way through the battle and i've never beat her lapras. My Team My Pc Pokemon (They have pretty much no evs except hp) Electrode -33, Altaria -41, Trevenant -45, Arbok -32, Mawile -30 Edit: Nevermind i fluked it and beat her lmao

Levelling is gonna be a big issue huh? If we raise the level cap over 100, it ruins some aspects of the game. But if we don't, it ruins some aspects of the game, it's a double edged sword really. What if (Maybe in a future episode, possibly when Gen 7 is introduced) we reworked the game to lower all the trainers levels, thus preventing us from gaining a lot of experience, and allowing the game to work under the level 100 cap. This could potentially take forever but i feel like it's pretty much our only option to combat this issue. Kind of like what Gen 2 did to allow an entire other region. Of course people would still have their super OP saves from previous files, but meh.

This guy knows where it's at^^^ Also, i think it's a bit better if the game is alpha and beta tested first, then they can suffer all of the game breaking, save file deleting nasty bugs. And we get off scott free! With the occaisional save file deletion that filters through.

Which Garchomp are you referring to? (i'ts been forever since i've played through the game) Also Ame, will we see some complete "secret" alternate endings or something? That'd be really coolioes.
