This time, I will do this more simply : instead of putting tons of text and images (which took some time) , I will record all the important battles against every boss of the game and post them on Youtube.
I want to thank Despair Syndrome , for providing me the Original Eevee. Without this one, the adventure wouldn't have even started.

Seeking to do a full Eeveelution Challenge on Pokemon Hardcore, I would like to request a Female Eevee.
Yes, only one, don't worry I know what I am doing.
If you feel like puting the ideal Iv's and a Modest/quiet Nature, it would also be nice.

Recently, with my original Reborn game, I also thought about beating Amaria, while assuming the field will be indeed The Water Surface (and, by extension, the Underwater Field), and I came up with a few ideas concerning Electric Pokemons.
One of my choices, as a team Reserve, is Heliolisk. More precisely, Heliolisk with Parabolic Charge and Dry Skin as his Ability. Why? With Water Immunity, on top of the passive heal with the Field + Ability (on top of Leftovers, if you have), plus heal with Parabolic Charge, with a nice boost due to the Field (Plus your other Electric attack), he could last very long in this battle, while taking out every non-Ground Pokemon (if your Heliolisk has HP Grass, well, it could help).
I also came up with Eelektross. Thanks to his ability, is speed isn't halved, plus his nice coverage (and eventually Giga Drain if the Tutor is here, if not, Grass Knot) could allow him to perform well.
Edit : And while writing, I thought about Lanturn with Water Absorb, who could be a nice idea. But expect Amaria to have it too.
Edit2 : Well, I just realized while checking my Mons, and Heliolisk actually learns Grass Knot. No worries about getting the Grass HP.

Well, time for me to explain my situation for this one.
After beating Angie (after at least one million tries, these are the joys of doing a speedy-Mono dragon run), I went to the TM shop in the same town.
But now, I'm stuck here! How?
Well, they didn't notice my presence at first, and when I went on a certain tile, they finally told me "Welcome".
And, of course being on the wrong tile, my protag can't do what he is programmed to do.
Since I have no other files Post-Angie (NO! Defeating her again is NOT an option, I'm fed up), I quick save, and now I'm posting it here, hoping to be unstuck.

What I think about this trailer :
-Type : Null (Sure, it's definitely
notartificial) gave me the impression of a tank. I think he is OK, but it could be less... Chimerical and more like "A new being". Do you also think it bears a ressemblance to an Absol?-The little dragon is cute! And I also feel like he could become a Badass Dragon-Juggernaught with evolution.
-Alolan Raticate is too fat! I would have prefered a "Mafia Continuity" which made him looks like a Don. At least, it's perfectly accurate from "Rat Society".
-Aether Foundation. They seem nice. And I insist on the "Seem"! I bet a coin on them being the TRUE villans of the games, and Team Skull like Modern Robin Hood who know the true face of Aether instead.
-Ultra-Beasts, heh? They didn't even said it's a kind of Pokemon. With UB-01 resembling the Professor's aide, I put a coin on them being Pokemon-Human hybrids. Or Human with Pokemon DNA, if you want.
-Conclusion : Nonetheless, I think Nintendo gives us the elements to expect a nice scenario and a possible new kind of outcome ! Since I highly play Pokemon for the story, these versions starts to catch my attention!

Good evening everyone.
I know about a bug concerning Sky Drop in the list, but I'm not sure if this is the same kind of problem, so I report it regardless.
For the little story, it happened a few minutes ago, while battling a trainer's Braviary with my Chandelure.
I previously burned it with WoW, and then, the foe used Sky Drop.
And he re we go for the problem : the Braviary fainted from the Burn before finishing the Sky Drop, thus trapping my Chandelure forever in the sky, and therefore, the following Garchomp being unable to hit my Chandelure, even with Struggle. The result is self explained I think.
Maybe it's a particular case of the already known bug, but better let this case being known than never.

Surprisingly, he switched, I can see why.Which allows me to place an ancient Power (critical) and switch on my Physical tank.
Luckily, he missed a HJK, so he hurted himself.But Avalanche didn't K.O Hitmontop.
Sirius heals Hitmontop... And miss another HJK.Guess Lady Luck is with me this time!

Season 2? Yeah, there's a looooong time since the last episode, and I think it would be more appropriate to split this into another Season. That makes it more... official.
So, let me explain, why I stopped updating for a while.... To make it simple, I was lacking both time, resources aaaand the motivation to do it. Especially the motivation. Ya know, it's hard to continue when you can't upload your images anymore, when you are very busy IRL, and, after this... try unsuccessfully to restart this seeing how many time it will take me again..
But I can't let this run unfinished. I worked on this for a lot of time, plus I'm not even halfway to the end... there's so much to do. And other people I know want this Monorun to be complete... Well as complete as it can be.

There's one point I can't really understand about the Flower Field : are the stage increasing over time too, or only when a Stage augmenting move is performed?
Nonetheless, I think Sawsbuck can potentially be pretty strong too, If used correctly
I mean, he can have access to Chlorophyll, he has good Grass-type attacks (like Horn Leech, and Petal Blizzard through Nature Power), a good Bug attack (Megahorn), some ways to increase the Stage level, through Nature Power (Growth), and the more gimmick, but not less useful Rain dance (which could be useful, not only to prevent the field being destroyed, and also reducing further the fire weakness).
Said Rain dance could be induced if you switch first with a Politoed for exemple. But it would be risky.

You must be asking yourself "What the purpose of this topic?".
Then let me tell you something.
There are to ways to deal with Fields in our dear Reborn Region. On way is, of course, destroy it, kill it with fire, or simply replacing it with the field you create (Mostly the Mist or the Grassy Terrain). This is quite a brutal way, though effective, and must be respected.
And then there is the smart way : abusing it and using it at our own advantage with Pokemons specifically trained for this!
That's what I want to discuss with you. That's why I create this topic : for anyone, any player, to expose their ideas about their trump cards/team comps/whatever. In other words, to brainstorm.
Time for us to harvest the ideas form our brains and to comment these ideas! Let your mind speak.
And of course, don't talk about Fire! I know it's the answer of all the problems, but let's see first if anything else can succeed!

It would be my unstoppable Avalugg, from my MonoIce challenge!
She struggled a lot, I had to raise her defense and her attack to another lvl of possibilities, but she tanked every hit from THE Garchomp.
She survived like a boss, and finally One-Shot him with a Powerful Avalanche, despite the field!
This, guys, is the brand of true heroes!
Not only for that, but also for decisives victories against a handful quantity of Fighting trainers, thanks to her tanking.

Here we are! The most difficult challenge of this episode! My entire team versus...
THIS... ABSOLUTE... MONSTER!
Well, I maybe have a cool Ice Team versus him, but there's the problem:
-This Garchomp is Freaking lvl 75
-The field halves my Ice attacks
-It's windy, so I can't use Hail. And even without it, it would be negated by the field. So no Snow Cloak haxx from Beartic.
-He has two super effective attacks against Ice, with one boosted by the field. It will hurt!
Plus I don't want to rely on a Focus Sash + Perish song tactic. I want to keep this Item for later.
Fortunately, I can exploit one Weakness of this Garchomp : he has only Physical attacks.
This is why I rely on Avalugg for this battle. If she faints before my plan can unveil, the battle is over...
Step one : survive and being tanky! That's why I bought lots of X Defend and use them on Avalugg.
Why X Defend? To have defense boosts quicker than using curse.
So I can have at least a +2 Boost before his second attack.
If Avalugg can survive 2 attacks, I have a chance.
good, she survived. And now, let's continue spamming X Defend!
I totally healed once with ice creams, and I took a critical Stone Edge in the face.
Fortunately, Avalugg have Sturdy : she can survive this hit!
So i can heal!
At this point, I managed to boost Avalugg's defense to the maximum.
And see, Garchomps attacks won't hurt me more than a quarter now!
My biggest fear is a misplaced critical, especially from stone edge!
I placed an Avalanche to see how much I need to boost.
And that's a serious boost I need.
I don't want to waste Curse PP's. X Attacks are the solution.

What an Episode, dear Reborn followers! A good part of the scenario has been covered, and the challenges were up to their reputation.
This is surely one of the hardest part of this game, for an ice trainer like me. But I think I took care of it pretty well.

Fortunately, Blizzard froze Milotic and Damaged Solrock as well.
I Decided to K.O Solrock at this instant to remove a threat, but Milotic thawed too early and K.Oed Meteo. My bad.
And finally, Charged Beam, and all is cleared!

Technically, you can have access to the Power Items as soon as you gain access to Lapis, if you are lucky (or know which day is windy, so you can programm your day)
If you do the quests when they are avalaible, this is a piece of cake.
That being said, I think it would be a better idea to up them into the Department store. This is quite early, I think.

There is another solution, the one I think is the easiest.
You can use Soundproof Abomasnow! Why? M-Altaria's moveset is basically, iirc, Hyper Voice, Earthquake, Roost and Sing, so Soundproof Abomasnow is immune to HV and Sing, while resisting EQ, which should allow you to sweep through easily, with whatever set you want.
And as other replies said, Sylveon is a great choice too in this gym in general.
