Is Noibat any good? I tried to use one and didn't like it much.

I got it. I had figured that I could probably get one later, but Numel is one of the best pokemon that you can get early game (in my opinion), so I didn't want to wait that long when I might've needed it for Corey & Shelly. Maybe I'm just bad at the game, but I don't really find many good pokemon, so I didn't want to wait.

Turns out it not only has to be a storm, but you also have to exit the game and boot up from Obsidia, at least, thats what I did.

I've beat Florinia & Julia, it's raining outside the station but Numel hasn't showed up, I got her this way in episode 15, have the requirments changed?
