Each means we get an almost confirmed mafia to lynch tomorrow if we're wrong (since, by virtue of the driver play Dive points out it's theoretically possible, although super unlikely, that both are town). I guess, when it comes down to it, having a detective cleared has a higher net benefit than having a doctor cleared, so, in the absence of anything else, I guess I'll hope for the best. Anyway, here I'm less inclined to vote for myself (such as Drakayle is doing) since ties end up with both/everyone dead, but I'm not entirely sure who to vote for yet. Kinda curious as to why Baz and bean voted the way they did, so it'd be nice to get some reasoning, but until then, I guess I'll hold back on a vote.

There's not much for me to say beyond what I said when you asked about it initially, @Eviora. I was initially against the plan (I said it wasn't worth the risk before you made your post - Post 3 on Page 3, if I'm reading it right), since at the time I was under the impression I had been role blocked. However, after my post I got my delayed N0 results from Dive (I'm not sure whether it is or isn't against game rules for Dive to verify this, but if you could Dive, I'd appreciate your confirmation on this) and Alisae's plan meant that, in the event I was killed the following day, I could make sure the town had some idea of who to lynch. As to my suspicions towards Alistair and sailboat? Alisae did ask to be lynched, yes, but joining late on a lynch that's going through anyway is a move that mafia would play to build towncred for its other members. That, combined what I said when I stated my suspicions, with the N0 info I received, is what made me suspicious of the two of them (again, trying to disperse my information without roleclaiming). That's as much as I can really say without explicitly roleclaiming, although to be fair I've pretty much implicitly roleclaimed based on my votes and arguments.

@Eviora What are you asking? I tried looking through for a question, but between the 20 pages and the way the forums work I think I missed it.

What are you deriving that 4/5 non-towns voting for Alisae from, soso? Just to note, you previously said that half of the non-town aligned voted for Alisae, yet now you're implying the opposite (that half of the voters for Alisae are non-town). Which one is it? Also, that messenger is probably lying to you, Drak, given that the message I got doesn't match the one I should have got, if the information you were given is correct.

A question for Dive, although it might be obvious: Does being sent a message during the night count as being visited? Anyway, in terms of my personal suspicions, I'm torn between Alistair and sailboat atm. Neither has really said much, as far as I can tell, and Alistair joining the Alisae lynch as late as he did comes across as somewhat scummy. I should also probably have bean on that list to, for spamming up the chat making scumreads harder, but that's consistent with him on both sides, so I'm not sure what to think of it. Not gonna place a vote yet, since it's super early in the day, but just wanted to get my opinions across.

If this ends up being where Quinn really was mafia and was trying to convince everyone that Alisae's just being mean I s2g Honestly, I don't think anything Alisae did was particularly heinous. Like, the only particular issue I have is that all the messagespam makes it harder for other people to scumhunt, but even then I've been able to keep relatively good track of what's going on.

TBH, the only reason I changed my mind is that I thought my N0 action had been RB'ed (spoilers: I do have a NA, which would normally be giving more information for the mafia than I should, but in the interest of defending myself I feel like it's worth risking), but Dive had just been delayed in responding to it, and Alisae's idea did give me an out to actually using that information without explicitly roleclaiming. ...Now that I've had time to think on it, I actually agree with Alisae. Having a lock on a mafia member is probably worth the potential issues it could cause. I'll cast my vote later on, once there's been more debate, but for now: Give Friendship Chocolate: Alisae

Process of elimination, most likely. They know who's scum and who isn't, so they can identify people who can potentially be cop by those who are accurate (unless the Cop gets meta and intentionally makes an incorrect reveal, but then that makes them look scum if people do end up lynching that guy, which the mafia could try and bounce off of by starting a lynch). Plus, trying to hide the cop only makes them completely ineffective. If everyone's trying to be the cop, no-one in the village knows who the real cop is, and thus we can't make any lynches based on them. Everyone claiming cop still helps mafia more than it does the village. I get the potential reasoning behind it, I just don't think the idea gives us enough compared to what it gives the mafia to be worth it.
