Mandetory small talk before really getting to know eachother.
Tartar replied to Petrol's topic in Welcome Center
Ahh, another engineer has joined our little group ~ Wonderful, another step towards global domination Your presence and skills will greatly aid us on our path towards creating a new World Order for our great and almighty Lady Amethyst. increase the fun we can have on this forum! Now if only we can convince a nuclear physicist to join us... Wait did I say that out loud? Please forget you heard anything, And now my final words of advice, remember to praise Lady Ame's noble name daily, stay out of the Onyx Arcade and remember to hone your meme skills, (you're gonna need them. if you are to keep up with the madness going on, on this forum) Welcome to the forums. Where in the World is Hunter Douglas San Diego?
Tartar replied to Chase's topic in General Discussion
- What compelled you to start an AMA, of all things... Please don't have this become a ned fad - What is the meaning of life? - What are you studying? - Would you rather fight a horse sized duck, or 50 duck sized horses? - When will Ame return to the arcade? -
I that case, I was under the impression that not yet available Mons weren't tradeable (like Magikarp)

Uhm, was Bagon available at some point in the past?

10/10 It's anime'esque it's automatically a plus, that texture behind the character is wonderful, the movement of the hair, arms and legs is really smooth and the background is great. Only detraction is the slightly jarring point at which the avatar loops when you stare at it too long.

If that title doesn't want you to play the game, I don't know what will. ... Well, perhaps you want a bit more information? Bleed is a fast-paced 2D, Shoot Em Up platformer, with lots and lots of danmaku, creative and interesting boss fights, gorgeous pixel-art and a kickass soundtrack. All you could ever dream of in a game. In Bleed, you play as Wryn, who wants to become the world's greatest hero... By becoming its only hero by murdering the greatest heroes of the world... (Wait... Doesn't that make her a villain?!) People say that a picture is worth a thousand words... So what does that make gifs? You play Wryn, who together with her trusty dual pistols, katana and a triple jump, has to traverse many levels, braving many obstacles and facing numerous bosses to become the greatest hero of all... Did I mention that there was bullet time in this game too? I think I did, but it makes an incredible game even better and makes for some incredibly tense moments as you dodge incoming bullets by me pixels. If I've perhaps piqued your curiosity, the first game which released back in 2012, is currently on sale for 2$ on Steam, less than a cup of coffee! And the second game which just released earlier today, is available here Hopefully, you'll consider trying this fun little indie platformer, as I've personally found it incredibly enjoyable experience and among my favourite indie-games along with Super Meat Boy and Brain.

What do you think the next Pokemon game is going to be?

You know it's gonna happen eventually. -
Where's the Pokémon Reborn option?

What do you think the next Pokemon game is going to be?
Tartar replied to The Grinch's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
While a Sinnoh Remake is the most obvious way to proceed, I hope they don't, lest Game Freak becomes too predictable in their releases. Personaly I hope for something new like a spin-off, or going back and making a Kanto remake. -
Rejoice then 5hift, in the current meta-game Abyssian is sub-par because they just got nerfed into the ground earlier this week, and Vanar is the dominant force that stomps everything else.

How Strong is Lin's Hydreigon?™: An Analysis [E16 SPOILERS]
Tartar replied to Despair Syndrome's topic in Reborn City
It would be fun if for the final battle we'd have to face Lin (or someone else) using Legendaries and Mega (Rayquaza comes to mind), due to how sparsely those Pokémon have been used in the game. -
Higurashi: When They Cry is an anime-series, and is by far the most wonderful, heartwarming and light-hearted thing I have yet to see, and is in no way a horrific and atmospheric descent into madness with engaging characters and a wonderfully executed mystery-plot , with genuinely scary moments that never rely on jump-scares like most 3rd rate movies but scare through its atmosphere and the mysterious events that unfold.

Well, that's it for now ~ Gotta run

Ahh yes, welcome to Reborn. The land of lawlessness, Dank Memes, puns and trash, oh so much trash. It's no wonder our lord and savior, Ame, never graces us with her presence anymore. I do sincerely welcome you, oh wanderer from beyond the digital abyss.

Welcome, welcome... Our most esteemed guest Glad to see that you could join, we've certainly been waiting for a while It may have been the ghastly rumors that the staff of these forums are sercretly vampires Please know that this tepid hearsay is completely unfounded delicious friend And they would certainly never drink your blood while you're awake nor mind control you without permission Now, please, enjoy yourself because there is certainly not a lack of funs to be had here! A word of advice though, stay away from the Onix Arcade, that place is pure cancer

My favorite meal? Can I pick a dessert, because I'm kind of a gourmand for chocolate, and would never refuse something like a delicious slice of slice of chocolate tart.

@Felix Another shout out to the Birth By Sleep Opening, which is an excellent Remix of the Simple and Clean song, that repurposes the song, in a way that better matches the events of the story.

From some quick googling it seems to be so. The game gets removed from Uplay when refunded through Steam.

I have no idea what it is, but that silhouette is quite cool looking. The galaxy theme of it doesn't exactly match the background though which drags it down... 7,5/10

@Jan I must apologise, but I'll have to relinquish my claim upon the Slakoth line, as I won't have the time to finish it. Hopefully, someone with enough time can make something great of it, in the meantime, thanks for letting me participate in the sprite-making. It was quite a fun and fulfilling endeavor, while I had the time for it.

Yup, Duelyst is quite fun, though I don't think it has as interesting gameplay as something like Hearthstone or MTG. I've started playing it a few times, but I always stop playing it after playing intensely for a week or so because I get burned out on it. The game provides you with two daily quests that you need to play around 8 games to complete, this nets you around 80-90 gold for one hour of gameplay. My main gripe with the game is that this is way too slow, and the time investment to card acquisition ratio is too low (though if you have the time to play every day it's in fact a faster gold acquisition rate than Hearthstone). Thus because I lack the time to dedicate to the game, I often find myself quoting, once the luster of the gameplay wears off. Now, this is not too say that the game isn't fun, because it is. But at the same time, the meta-game is quite stagnant, with much of the ladder being dominated by 2 decks at the moment, Vanar and Magmar as these two decks outcompete all other decks in terms of power, means that while super fun decks exist in the game, they're never encountered on Ladder because they're too weak. But the pixel art is quite gorgeous... So there's that

Why not just buy it on Steam, and if you dislike it, refund it before 2 hours have passed?
