Like Cepheus said, you need to go to Chrysaloia forest, to the bottom left-most part part of the forest, while it is windy. Go through the tunnel of trees and you'll reach a mine labyrinth with some tracks in the middle. You always want to follow the path opposite the one the tracks are pointing that. Keep doing that and you'll reach a room with an Eevee in a Pokéball.

I apologize if this is entirely wrong. But isn't the only reason servants from Grand Order are as strong as they are because the servants who wield them are from the future? Just from what I've seen the stats on Grand Order servants are much higher than those of the Visual- and Light Novels, and thus not indicate of what the masters during those conflicts wielded. Otherwise I guess we'll have to do with the nerfs to the NP's.

Jack seems very versatile, and despite his lowered stats (which are still higher than any Assassin class character featured in the VN and anime as of yet), and yet has the NP's which can help him buff up any two of his stats to A level characters- And frankly BCC in Str, End and Agi is quite good. Those are the stats Arthuria had in the 5th Grail War, Archer had DCC, Alexander the Great had BAD, Gilgamesh had BCC stats. I know these are just stats, and that they mean nothing in an RP setting, but it still kinda irks me the wrong way that he should still have such high stats while also having 3 A tier Noble Phantasms. My suggestion is to tweak his base stats once more, or make the point of interest which stated that Jack had trouble fighting non gigantic and magic wielding foes with difficulty into an actual permanent debuff.
