  1. I'm quite interested in the series, though I have no idea where to start. Should I go with the manga? Anime? And which arc? Do I have to read the whole thing to enjoy the story, or can I just read an arc?
  2. Greetings, many funs are to be had here Do not be shy, we only bite a lot little You can meet many sorts of people here God sometimes goes on here too, it's a coy little thing, really I can see you've already paid the entry fee: your soul all your spare time With that out of the way, welcome to this little recluse of ours
  3. Why not? Do you think its lazy game design to just add more stats, or is there some other reason? An alternative would be to simply give every single trainer Battle Items, lots of potions and give them perfect IV's and EV's. Though this does the exact same thing. Adding more stats to the Pokemon. So what's the difference between these two options?
  4. So far every "Superboss" have had a level of 75, but with the latest gym we've surpassed that level. So the next superbosses will perhaps be at level 100. But in time we too will reach that. So I'm thinking, will there are some point in the game be Pokemon with level above 100?
  5. Well, it definitely works if you put the zip file on DropBox, and the save file syncs too. Though for some reason I had to put the save file manually into the save file folder for it to be recognized. Weird...
  6. A sash is only available two places in the game so far: And since it's a one time use item you will only ever be able to use the strategy twice. If you really want to go this route, go to Opal Ward and catch a Ratatta and train it to level 34 where it learns endeavor. And then use it to defeat the Steelix. Though beware that if you're having trouble defeating the Steelix at the moment you will NOT be able to pass the upcoming gyms and other Mega Bosses. So I really recommend you reevaluate your team and go train for a bit (there are trainers you can rebattle in the Main Hall in Reborn City!), and acquire a few new Pokemon to bolster your team.
  7. It really shouldn't be that hard of an encounter. Though if it really causes you as many problems as you say, you may want to train up a Duskull (you can catch it in Shade's gym) and train it to level 50 or so. At level 25 it learns Will 'o' Wisp and if you burn the Steelix the battle should be really easy. Another option is chain intimidating the thing with Mightyena ie. Starting with Mightyena getting the intimidate off, switching out, and switching in lots of times to get its attack to -6, at which point the Steelix should be harmless. Though at this point I really recommend you replace Heatmor and Mightyena, those two are simply no longer good enough at this point in the game. At this point in time there are lots of great Pokemon available to you. You can get an Eevee in Chrysoloia forest, an Archen at the Spinel Museum, a Magnemite (Magnezone is super OP) in Shade's gym, a Ralts which can turn into Gardevoir or Gallade through the corrupted Pokéball event. If you're interested all the Pokemon locations are available over here: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16407. Oh and be sure to do the Mystery Egg event from the police station if you managed to save all the police officers earlier in the game. Some of the best Pokémon in the game are available through that.
  8. Would your program work if the program was on Dropbox?
  9. What do you mean? We had to see Phoenix fall and we had to gather the necessary evidence to clear him. And then we as Apollo had to clear his name. It was a clear team effort by Apollo, Phoenix and Trucy. If anything this was where we had to work the hardest here since that final case the case so amazingly long (the longest in the series I believe). I'm sorry... I just felt that it tied everything so nicely together, and that all the characters involved in that final case were all so memorable.
  10. Nobody has mentioned the Ace Attorney Apollo Justice ending. That game is great and its ending just ties every case in the game up so nicely. It by far my favorite game in the series.
  11. Atlas Shrugged... Don't judge me, I am totally in opposition to anything it says about structuring a society and economy... Though the story is so good and the characters so interesting that it doesn't really bother me. *** Same question as above, what is your favorite book?
  12. That isn't a question. *** What is your favorite pizza topping combination?
  13. That's some dream... I play Pokemon stand against the endless tides of boredom that constantly assail my life. *** Who is your favorite person on this forum?
  14. Would you recommend that I play it, over doing another playthrough of Pokemon Reborn?
  15. Hopefully when you say "surpass the Earth" you're not referring to covering more of our beautiful planet with your futuristic cities with their unnatural green smog covering them. (Refers to image in OP) We will not yield to your reckless ambition!
  16. Impressive performance so far. I look forward to our match ~
  17. Sigh, they're never gonna bring the franchise to PC are they?
  18. TFW you're curious about which boss is mentioned here Which one was it?
  19. I've played Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team, and while I found the story and ending to be quite good for a Pokemon game but there wasn't anything truly spectacular in the story that blew me away like something from let's say... Kingdom Hearts. Do you think the series has improved since Blue Rescue Team in such a major fashion?
  20. Are you somehow postulating that our fine establishment isn't the pinnacle of sophistication and intelligence? Edit: For some reason I thought you said "I'm NOT sure"
  21. Honestly, I love the playstyle of the deck, grinding the opponent out with traps and endlessly resummoning your Raptors unless they have no threats left. Or simply summoning an Ultimate Falcon on turn 1 and watching them concede the game immediately. But it's kinda an expensive deck in real life. I only play on DuelingNetwork and got to a rating of 1000 before quitting a few months back with this build: The important thing is the main Raptor Engine, 3x Tribute, 2x or 3x Impale, 3x Vanishing, 3x Mimicry, 3x Fuzzy, and 2x Nest. Even without Rank-Ups this deck was powerful and could compete. The main thing you want to do is always try to get a Tribute Lanius out on turn 1 and with it throw throw Mimicry to the graveyard to fetch a Raidraptor Nest. This basic combo is further empowered if you have a Vanishing Lanius or Fuzzy Lanius in hand since with it you can immediately throw down the nest to fetch another Tribute Lanius, and with the two cards on board go into Force Strix and fetch another card (normally Impale or Vanishing). And behind this combo you just set as many trap cards as you have. You pretty much want to use this combo whenever possible, it is incredibly potent and helps you stall the game until your opponent runs out of cards. Now depending on whether you have the money to run Ultimate Falcon your deck can play in two ways. Without Ultimate Falcon your best bet would be to go for an OTK-centered rank 4 Toolbox that can swarm the field with rank 4's and then end the game by summoning Revolution Falcon. Otherwise if you decide to run Revolution Falcon (which is the better build) your win condition is to stall the game until you draw into Skip Force and thus get a Revolution Falcon on field. All decks only run 1 Utopia The Lightning to remove the RFalcon, and the next turn you resummon the the card after the remove it with Skip-Force in the grave. This is pretty much all your deck is centered around, though you can easily just grind your opponent out with your traps and summoning a bunch of monsters. In all honesty this deck ranks among my favorite decks to play at the moment, though sadly it has a bit of a bad matchup against Monarchs, though it does great against everything else, including Kozmo.
  22. Oh yeah, the way to clear the path to get a Heracross/Pinsir and recovering the lost Glasses is way too difficult. That was the only "puzzle" in the whole game I despised. If you can even call it a puzzle, it was more like busywork.
  23. There are backup saves In the save folder they are Do not yet lose hope That was haiku... Welcome to the forums.
  24. Nothing really. It's just that my main deck at the moment is Raidraptors and both decks have such an easy time getting over Ultimate Falcon that it makes the matchup very hard.
  25. If they really want to pander to the Internet, they'll pick Freiza. Though I hope they don't.
