Tired of getting this weird pop-up where you try to learn Pikachu Surf? Want to know the answer on HOW to!? Then listen up and do as i say! You'll get this first, i assume You cant have Pikachu learn HM Surf From past Generations Or whatever is close to it They key to make a Pikachu (Maybe a raichu) learn it, is to Change the gen to 2nd and giving him it... 2nd gen allows it, but I do hope you do Pikachu as your first pokemon, because you'll lose all the other who aren't #1 - #151. When you battle after this, you should have a Pikachu with Surf! I'm gonna vote on Japan for this one, Japan has one of the most beautifull, if not -THE MOST- Beautiful countrysides, I'd enjoy nature and stay fit than slacking off and having to re-retrain back into the army to get back in shape, May the PikaForce Be With You~
