If War was about getting on the battlefield and shooting everyone with tranquilizers rather than actual bullets, than maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all.

In order to settle conflicts, rather than killing each other, the two armies try to put each other to sleep. No one has to die. No one loses a family member. It would be a rather healthy way of settling conflicts. No mental trauma and nightmares of seeing your comrades bleeding out. No PTSD.
