    How in the hell did "Bowsette" become a meme?

     

    Even Shigeru Miyamoto is aware of its existence. And he has declined to comment on it. I must say, I agree with his decision.

      Well technically it should be Peachowser since the power up turns Toadette into Peach and the idea is applying that to Bowser 
      But Bowsette sounds a lot less awkward so that's what I'm going with.

      This meme will die, just like any other. 

       

      But for now, Gamefaqs is discussing this for weeks. It's joined Spongebob, Shrek, and Goku as among the top joke requests for playable Smash Bros Fighters.

       

      I am not buying into this trend.
