  1. Can someone please recommend me an anime that's circus themed?

That's not Karneval, Black Butler: Book of Circus, or Poorly written or Animated, or relies excessively on "Fanservice" and "Plot" (You know what I mean by this. Don't try acting as if you don't.)

(And don't you dare try recommending Midori: Shojo Tsubaki. That Anime Scarred me as a teenager. Even now, It's difficult to stomach.)

Doesn't take place in a fantasy world, or has a main character who ends up joining because of a chance encounter (or Destiny, or perhaps a debt to pay?), or has bad guys to fight.

I guess I could give it a look, but it looks nothing like the anime I was looking for. My mistake. Next time I should be more specific.

Honestly, I would be fine if it had a premise that's Like Karneval or Book of Circus. The only reason I excluded those two was because I've already watched them. Bonus points if the Main character is initially unwilling to join the circus. More bonus points if the Main character is a street rat who steals for a living. Cliche? Maybe. But honestly, I don't care about a cliche'd premise as long as you can do something substantial with it.

owo I didn't know you were looking for a specific anime plot, I thought you were looking for recommendations lol

It doesn't take place in a fantasy world- it takes place in America. The protagonist is a Japanese girl who's trained all her life to be part of a famous circus called Kaleido Stage, and finally she left her home to travel to America in pursuit of her dream. She's talented, but the circus' level is something and she has to work hard to prove herself.

So not any of the bonus point things, but still a lovely anime in my opinion 😛
