I don't even really like Final Fantasy XV that much.

The Combat isn't interesting enough to keep me through a lackluster story.

Even if Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom pain had mediocre boss fights, lackluster Story or an open world that's honestly not very necessary, the Combat in that game is so well built and well developed that I can still have Fun with the game and not care about the aforementioned flaws.

I don't think Final Fantasy XV does that very well. This is one of those times where I think, "Why can't they just make it turn based?"
