According to the speculation of other people, the next direct is probably gonna be on October 10th. For us Smash Bros fans, they probably will reveal... something. A newcomer, most likely. The coveted number 69. The internet is gonna be making adult jokes about this for months to come. And whoever is announced will be at the center of it all. So, I genuinely hope it isn't a Pokemon. So who will it be? Rex and Pyra? Geno? Isaac? Leon and Ashley? Meryl and Johnny Sasaki? Discuss. And try keeping this board PG-13. Please.

When I was little, I was really good at getting away with Lies. This is mostly because I actually thought before I told a lie.
So, are 95% of Police Officers really honest? Or Are either a select few, Medium size, or Large Majority of Police officers really good at thinking before they lie?

The Khanacademy guy is doing a better job of explaining Calculus to me then my actual Calculus teacher.
That's shameful. I'm getting a better education for free from a guy on the Internet then this... 2,000 dollar course in an actual college classroom, with an actual Calculus Teacher.

I'm kinda glad that my parents didn't look at the ESRB Rating on the box for each video game I bought.
If they did, then I'd have never grown up with Metal Gear or Devil May Cry.

Even Shigeru Miyamoto is aware of its existence. And he has declined to comment on it. I must say, I agree with his decision.

Well technically it should be Peachowser since the power up turns Toadette into Peach and the idea is applying that to Bowser

I've gotta say, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has some of the best cutscenes in any video game, even rivaling its predecessor, Xenoblade Chronicles, Final Fantasy 10, 13, and 15, and the Entire Metal Gear franchise.
I haven't finished the game, but even I can see that this game is extremely... Anime.

Something about the way he looks at me seems... unsettling. At least Nazeem and Heimskr die when they are killed. If you kill the adoring fan, he respawns in 3 days. Even the guard in this video hesitates, as if He's thinking "Should I really arrest this guy? He just did all of us a favor."

So Apparently, a New study says that Most of the backlash to Star Wars the Last Jedi was because of Russian Trolls and bots.
I honestly can't tell if they are being serious at this point. The Last Jedi got a lot of backlash because it was a genuinely bad movie, not because of Russian Bots. I've seen the film enough times to know that this is the case. Although I wish I didn't, but I decide to watch each film I see 5 times before I make a judgement.
The Bias is strong with this one.
At this point, All I can do is laugh. It's just too funny.

Looks... Genuinely terrifying. Until you realize that Cold Truth was nerfed... a long time ago. And Ice is overall the worst type competitively. But Angie doesn't exactly need Pokemon to kill people now, does she?

It had the same authors: James R. Chelikowsky and... Masahiro Sakurai. I searched "Masahiro Sakurai, University of Austin Texas" and I even found him on the "Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences" website. Sakurai's a Researcher, and James R. Chelikowsky is a part of the Faculty. As a Super Smash Bros Fan, I am sure you know why this would interest me. I wonder what his colleagues think of his name? Honestly, this would intrigue any bored student who happened upon this Article in School and was a fan of Super Smash Bros. The Name has power. I think the actual article is inaccessible to students, only available to actual Researchers. But honestly, all I was interested in was the name of the person who researched the thing, not the actual research itself. And that's all I know about the guy.

After playing both games for the first time, I like Resident Evil 4 a lot more than The Last of Us.
Resident Evil 4 is more atmospheric, and I find myself more attached to Leon rather than Ellie or Joel.
Am I an oddball?

l'd don't imagine so. RE4 is oft considered one of the better ones of the series. Last of Us certainly has it issues and personally for me wasn't a game l culd muster my way through. The story wasn't really something the gripped me enough to struggle past the gameplay that really wasn't my cup of tea.
l can't really speak on RE4, not played it myself... but l know enough t know it's not really something l'd think is that crazy ut f left field and l'm sure you're not the only one thinkin' it no matter how beloved Last of Us is. ~~lt's a rather speific thing but l'm sure there's more than RE diehards that'd say as much is what l mean XD~~

Someone should make a full blown Anime opening. Set it to the Tales of the Abyss opening. Does anyone have the skill to do it over a period of, I don’t know, 8 months? If it works with Final Fantasy VII, It can work with Rejuvenation. but then again, how will you animate Pokemon battles? This is mainly about swords, bows, magic and spears.
