I've been playing Way too much Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Not as good as Snake Eater and Sons of Liberty, but still really good. They are aren't Vaccinations, but tracking devices. They are there to monitor each Citizen's position within the city. Like "Nanomachines", except much less helpful. Different colors? Cassandra most likely did that to distinguish those who might be threats (or extremely Important to Madame X, since it is established that Cassandra and Madame X know each other) from those who would count as ordinary Citizens. Kanon and Venam were given the "Generic" Purple Vaccination, But Melia and the MC end up getting Golden and Red, respectively. Why is that? Discuss. This speculation needs a lot more work. EDIT: Flora must have taken the vaccination at one point. This would mean that Cassandra would have been Monitoring Flora, and other GDC citizens that became Bladestar members. She probably played them from the very beginning. As for why she didn't expose them immediately, Arresting Flora would have made her look suspicious. The First Danganronpa was the best. My Bad. I had the Jukebox on and this was the theme that I put on. You can play any MP3 on the Jukebox when you paste it into the BGM Folder in Audio. This particular file is the "Encounter" music from Super Smash Bros Brawl. A remix of the Metal Gear Solid track. I forgot to switch it off. But I resolved to just use the Debug mod and fix it. I chose to catch a bunch of Pokemon, Breed for the Appropriate Nature, and then EV train. Now I have 2 Boxfuls worth of battle trained Pokemon, and I don't know what to do. Now I know how Volkner Felt. He was bored because all of his challengers were Incompetent. I cannot wait for Version 10. My Leafeon, Mamoswine, Gallade, Gardevoir, Greninja, Espeon, Jolteon, Noivern, Talonflame, Eelektross, etc. are all battle trained. I need a Challenge.

I got a Timid Ditto. I got a Male Eevee. So the First Eeveelutions that I used were Jolteon and Espeon. Both with Timid Natures, thanks to Ditto.
