I have it for PC, and I am positive that I can run it on at least high settings. I just don't want to install it at the moment because all of my big mods that I use require SKSE and it has not updated for TESV:SE just yet. As soon as it does and my mods update for it, I'll be golden and putting another 180+ hours into it.

I haven't played any episodes before 15, but the 15 gyms, depending on your team and the movesets of them, are kind of a push over.

Diamond/Pearl: Giratina/6 resets Black/White: Verizion by far/3 resets X/Y: Mewtwo already used master ball/2 resets OR/AS: Kyogre. Took 4 resets and 120 ultra balls, quick balls, dusk balls and my Paper Mario: Sticker Star cartridge to catch the damn thing
