I am in west gearen and i am so stuck on one of the help quests in particular the one about saki's mansion.. i have been in the mansion trying to find anything secret for at least the past hour ( <-- no life) and i can not figure out what to do how do i complete this help quest?

So i am inside of Valor Mountian right now.. i just got magma drift. when i entered the mountain i found the girl that was trapped and she told me about how the mountain has feelings.. but i don't know where to go from there

so i just caught a roselia but i need a shiny stone to evolve it does anyone know where one is?

so.. I talked to way over 1000 people in both the whispy path and Goldenleaf city.... yet at the whispy tower, there is no Spirittomb... any ideas why this is?

so i dont quite remember the name of the place but after you "Defeat" the second gym leader for the first time and you go into the mountain the very top room, if you try to leave that room and go back into the mountain, when you have the gym leader with you, you will get trapped in a wall.
