    You just might be really unlucky, I remember that it once took me 5 hours to get a jackpot starter. If you want to speed up the process you can download cheat engine and use it to speed up the game times 5. With cheat engine your game won't crash unless you put it at x10 speed.

    While I really like some of your ideas a couple of them have the potential to be game breaking. Like the move rejuvenate if blissey uses that with its hp it can basically heal up most of your team in a couple of terms. Buzzkill has the potential to completely ruin all of your set-up in one turn and if an opponent uses it it will a pain and it would game breaking in multiplayer. Indomitable basically makes tyranitar much harder to kill as one thing to deal with it is earthquake which a lot of pokemon can learn and other moves like hydro pump and hi jump kick lose their effect on it as well and those are just the moves I thought of the top of my head. A lot of your ideas are really good but I think they would make some pokemon over powered.

    You can find roggenrola on the second floor in amethyst cave and if you want it to have sand stream you need to catch one with the weak armor ability

    What about pokemon like tyranitar which are rock-types first then dark types. Do they exist? Also what about protean greninja?

    Looker was in Unova to capture the sages of Team Plasma. He could've have battles the elite 4 in his spare time.

    Nothing will probably happen to them until a few more versions come out.

    If someone was fighting on a field like you are describing then Pulse pokemon would be pratically unstoppable because they would be able to change the field into what best suits them AND weakens their opponent. Obviouslyy it wouldn't work for all pokemon but what if a water Pulse mon is up against a fire mon? Then it would easily be able to set up and get to underwater field effect quickly. Not to mention that changing field effects so quickly would be hard for a lot of people to adjust that quickly.
