only issue is exp might get lost so attach the exp share on someone before killing it it's unavailable because the devs removed for being OP but you can get it from anyone else on trade

as far as i know, you'll have to choose one of them but if you really want both, you could simply get the other one through trade

it's always more fun to grind through the game because thats the USP of this game, it's more challenging unlike the canon ones but if you have a specific pokemon which you love a lot (like i'm guessing you love Sylveon?) i'm happy to trade you those you want

the 6 IV one will be a bit trickier to get i'm willing to trade it if you have a mon that is shiny with good IVs (5 IV)

I can give you Bulbasaur (starter) Gastly (old event) Treecko (starter) Torchic (starter) Mudkip (starter) Froakie (starter) basically any starter from Gen 1 to Gen 6 they're all 5 IVs not too fussy about what i want in return, but i'd love a few heart scales or ability capsules and shiny pokemon is what i love so let me know what shinies you can offer
