  1. Well... it was a bit more than just a guess... But yeah, I get what you’re saying
  2. Wait lol Quinn I didn’t know you were serious; Drakyle didn’t do anything for his side because I got us (“us” being the majority of players) to lynch him before he had the chance—kind of seems like a bad argument. I’d really rather not have to vote/argue for your guilt, because that’s basically all I already did Day 2. Alistair what do you mean “townread”? And how would being jailed cross you out from being mafia (you could still be mafia without being able to perform night actions)? Also, I just figured that I’d mention (without going into too much detail) that a dead player DM’d me without my solicitation, and has said a bunch of stuff—none of it is explicitly revealing, but it is definitely a monkeywrench thrown into the mix of my judgement. I’m not going to say what was said or who said it, but am instead posting this so Dive can see it sooner and respond to my discord DM
  3. Why I shouldn’t be lynched: I was one of the people who started off going against Drakyle, and so while I guess a mafia could do that, I doubt that a mafia member would do that the first night (since the mafia started with only 3 people). tbh, endearingcharactertrait seems most suspicious to me—the tone used in their posts just seems too.... something—I don’t know what exactly, but if you read their posts maybe you can put a word too it. And I would point my finger at Quinn for kind of pointing at me (since in all fairness, I think I’m pretty much in the clear), but I pointed at Quinn basically all day, so I’m too tired of that to do so. However, if you guys end up suspecting them, then I’ll add my vote to the mix.
  4. Quinn, I’m just responding to the people I mentioned to be suspicious (which is only you, as of now), plus, as I mentioned, you were the first person (aside from Drakyle) to argue/suggest his innocence. But you’re right, I have been going after you for too long, so I’ll stop for now—there isn’t anything for you to even add, like you said, so there’s no point. PSA Amber has kind of had a history of asking questions that would require roleclaiming to answer; go look through the chat and let me know what you think as to whether or not I’m right And I apologize for being so suspecting of people—last game I was suspicious of people yet didn’t say anything, and I then found out that the people I suspected were witches once I died (which caused the regret of not sharing my suspicions, which is why I’m doing it so much now).
  5. Quinn I’m sorry if I made you mad, but I don’t see how the points that I made were unfair or unqualified—could you explain more? And you keep saying “all of us” and “we”, but you haven’t really given us a good reason to trust you—is that just a subconscious word choice, or is it intentional? As for whether that clears everything up, no, it doesn’t—Drakyle seemed very insistent on 1) not being lynched and 2) not being suspicious of those who sided with him. You didn’t address that, but I’ll admit, I’m not sure what somebody can say about that—it looks suspicious, and there’s no way to defend yourself from that (and obviously that isn’t damning, but for you to own up to the fact that there are shady things connected to you would go a long way). Lykos, why don’t you narrow your role down to three or four possibilities? That’s easier to decide upon than just hearing your role “is important for our salvation”.
  6. Lol its fine Amber I was surprised too, but I honestly think I wasn’t killed because then mafia doesn’t want to validate my claims that those who defended/sided with Drakyle should be under suspicion (especially since Drakyle exerted effort to try and dissuade is from believing that)—they’re already down a third of their population, so losing another member has got to be one of the last things they want to do
  7. And let’s also keep in mind that most (if not all) of these cases are ones that we won’t have much evidence for (except for what we see people say and behave like)
  8. And Quinn, for the record, you only voted for Drakyle once it was obvious he was going to be condemned no matter what (which would be the smartest play for a mafia member, kind of like what Anti was saying), so as far as I’m concerned, you’re still on the suspect list for being mafia (given that you were the primary, original defendant of Drakyle); again, it’s not impossible for an innocent person to have done what you did, it just makes more sense that a mafia member would have done that.
  9. ^what Anti and Alistair said In regards for why Venus was targeted—it could have been because they figured the doctor would go for Anti (one of the confirmed innocents) and/or to cause confusion in their choice to throw us off their trail; I do genuinely think that the mafia probably wasn’t wanting to lose one so easily, and reacted in a very reactionary way to the possibility that we were moving in the right direction for at least another mafia member (by suggesting that those who initially defended a mafia member did so because they were a fellow mafia member(s)). I understand and why an innocent would do what you did Quinn, but if I’m honest, it seems more probably that a mafia member would have done what you did (given the situation). As of now, im highly suspicious of Quinn, Lykos, Jace, and Seal. Some defense would be appreciated. Also, given that I was the one who really pointed to Drakyle, can we go ahead and cross me off of the suspected mafia list? I think I’ve proven where my loyalties lie.
  10. “Whatever the outcome, good luck guys and gals, try not to tear each other apart over the choice made today by everyone it's 50/50 which kinda makes the choice even harder but also easier in some weird way, that means don't go attacking Anti's supporters for their choice to support him and likewise don't attack those who supported me, there is no reason for it, they made a choice same as you.” —Drakyle Given that he was an outlaw, do you think this implicates those he was referring to (and Quinn)?
  11. Well, at least we have the outlaws narrowed down to two.
  12. And I’m not saying those people are necessarily bad, I’m just saying that it’s more possible to land on mafia than a random choice
  13. So, to conclude (for now, since I have class soon), my comprehensive suspect list (which doesn’t mean I think they’re mafia, it just means that there is possible justification for suspecting them): if Anti is mafia Venus, Alistair, and (for fairness’ sake) me; if Drakyle is mafia Quinn, and Seal (if Drakyle is mafia, anybody defending him or casting doubt on those who suspect him is suspect by association, and the same goes for Anti). And as of now, it probably wouldn’t take much to make me change my vote.
  14. Quinn, ok, that makes more sense—sorry for misunderstanding you. Anti, I think guns can only be used in the day if they’re not used for mafia killings. And, for the purpose of fairness, why should we believe it’s not you? Drakyle, ok, I understand that—while a lot of what you said earlier was an explanation of why you thought I shouldn’t vote for you (which comes across as defending yourself, even though I think the rule you introduced is untrue), it would make sense that you’re just being yourself—then again, you seemed to lose your calm more over my ingame decision (which won’t haunt my conscience, since it’s an ingame decision; strange to use a guilt argument in this kind of scenario) than to be put in a place where you find out “for sure” who a “mafia” member is. So clarifying question: do you think Anti is mafia? Yes or no? Seal, I know for fact what I’ve said has come across as super sketchy, but I’m just trying to put all of my thoughts out to everybody in case I die early in the game again. But the only reasons I have kept my accusation are 1) he didn’t give arguments that satisfied my suspicions of him and 2) I know I can change my vote if somebody does/says something that changes my mind. But yeah, shrugging off an argument/counter-argument is suspicious (that’s why I tried to answer all that I could whenever I responded), and it looks like Drakyle has done that with what I’ve said at least once (one of the reasons I’m suspicious of him). And what are you referring to at the beginning of your post? Fabricator? And to conclude, just some final thoughts that I’m sharing just to be transparent, now Alistair and Anti kind of look like they’re buddy-buddy, and are acting kind of how the witches played last game (in my opinion, which could be wrong), so I’m going to keep my eyes on them.
  15. Quinnox there isn’t anything to prove I’m not mafia, just like the majority of players (if not all of us); yeah I could be voting for Drakyle because I’m mafia, but I’m not—I’m doing it because Drakyle has been more suspicious in my opinion, and I’ve given my reasons why multiple times. But yeah, there isn’t anything to prove I’m not voting for Drakyle because I’m mafia, but there’s also nothing to prove that you’re not mafia trying to protect Drakyle (since you’ve seemingly sided with him from the get go, and not addressed my reasons for voting Drakyle and instead basically just said “well you could hypothetically be mafia too”). And once again, if we end up voting for Drakyle to be lynched and he’s innocent, I’ll own up to the fact that that implicates me (and I hope that I’ve I’m lynched and shown to be innocent, those who are casting suspicion on me will own up in the same way, since that only seems fair). But enough empty fingerpointing—let’s talk about who we think it is and give good reasons for what we think or disagree with.
  16. Quinnox, you bring up a good point about this game not necessarily playing out like the last one, but I think it is reasonable to think that if Drakyle is “mafia”, that he’ll play as “mafia” similar to how he has been seen to play before. Yes, it’s a 50/50 chance between getting a townie or mafia in this situation, but those odds are much better than 4/9 (four baddies and nine innocents), so I think going with a random kill is a move in the opposite direction. And again, I understand the want for more evidence, but the game is framed in a way that all we can judge based off of is what people say (at least in this scenario); given what both Anti and Drakyle have each said, Anti is acting more like what I think an innocent would act like (if they were in that position).
  17. That’s fair Lykos. The thing is, there aren’t any clues we can look to except for what they each say—villagers were too hesitant to suspect anybody last game and lost because of that; I don’t want to do that again.
  18. And to be fair, if either Drakyle or I is lynched and found to be innocent, that justifiably puts suspicion on the other (for future reference).
  19. I based my decision off of how the coven (which included you) played last game—I’m not suggesting people just be pointing fingers at each other, I’m just thinking that if you know Anti is an outlaw, then you would act more like he’s an outlaw (but you’re not acting like that, so I think you’re more suspicious of the two). Also, when you say “the innocent don’t need to defend themselves”, you’re defending yourself (which doesn’t make me feel better about your standing).
  20. But, tbh Drakyle, you’re not acting like Anti is guilty or threatening (which you would probably be doing if you were innocent; only an outlaw would be as aloof or try so hard to appear neutral). [Vote] Lord Drakyle
  21. Correction: I just read more over the coyote’s role description, so your explanation isn’t as bad as I thought. My bad
