I am creating a DnD 5e Campaign based off the 4e Adventure Path. It is a high fantasy adventure starting at the frontiers of civilization. I will be using the Roll20 site for the battles, and doing the RP on the forums. @Alphagar @Cronos5010 @rustytengo @DragonRage Have any of you not played 5e/dnd before, so I can explain some things? What kind of game are you looking for to see if I can provide it. What information from me will you need to make your characters, if you are still interested.

Would you suggest just running the battles on there or the RP as well?

@Alphagar I know next to little about it but I have been looking into it. So far I'm thinking the battles will be but the role play won't. But I can be convinced either way to run it forum only or roll20 only. I would love your opinion.

I just beat Valerie in v8. In your opinion is it worth restarting for v9?

All hail lord goomy, also if you made it have to switch out vs any poison/bug/fairy pokemon because it is scared of them (until it evolves into goodra) i will give you extra credit.

Our Lord and savior Goodra better make an appearance, since it's his pokemon with the highest win rate. Also if someone can change your greninja to have battle bond that would be great.

Any idea if the tm auora veil is in the game or where to find the a-sandshrew to trade it? If not that's alright I appreciate the clues I got

Well I have played with plenty of people that haven't played before so I am more then happy to teach if they are willing to learn. I'm also considering using pre-made characters to help the burden on the players.

Hi, I was considering starting a high fantasy campaign on these forums using the 5e rule set, and I am just seeing if anyone is interested or would like to know more. 1. A-Ninetalis I liked normal Ninetails but the fairy/ice theme fits the design so well 2. Marshadow Way too cute 3. Wishiwashi I enjoy that it is a weak little guy that groups up and scares gyarados 4. Solgaleo It's an amazing looking Lion, the lack of fire typing surprises me though 5. Mimikyu pretty damn adorable

However you nearly never need a 6iv pokemon, since you can just have the bad iv in the attacking stat you are not using, eg Sp Atk for Bisharp. The 2 times it is useful is for breeding other pokemon and for mixed attackers.

@Alphagar Yea, perfectly neutral coverage is pretty great. Also 135 atk with technician and a priority move. But the sprite makes me want to go over and tussle it's 'hair'.

Just wanted to make a thread and see what everyone's favorite Legendary/Mythical Pokemon (or Ultra Beast) are, and your reason if you have one. 5. Darkrai Tough competition for spot 5, ended up choosing Darkrai because I enjoy the nightmare monster thematic he has. 4. Marshadow LOOK HOW GOD DAMN CUTE HE IS. LOOK AT IT!!! 3. Rayquaza Never played Gen III but I've always enjoyed this pokemon's design and the shiny looks amazing to boot. 2. Lugia Fell in love with this pokemon after watching the Pokemon 2000 movie as a child, I love everything about it. 1. Articuno I've always had a love for pure Ice themed fantasy such as the powers used by Tōshirō Hitsugaya. I think this bird is where that all started, I can still remember going through that maze in the Seafoam Islands and at the end finding this beautiful creature. I think I will always look at it fondly and will probably stay at the top of this list for the foreseeable future.
