Pokemon Desolation E5 Discussion

You can go to the game file: user>Saved games> Pokemon Desolation 5 The saves are numbered, and also show how many hours of gameplay were at this point (example "844 - yourname - 37h 26m - 4 badges.rxdata." ) Choose one that seems the most appropriate and rename it "Game.rxdata", after deleting the original Game.rxdata. Reload the game and it should resume from whenever you saved that savefile. Also, make sure beforehand, that you have the latest version, Desolation 5.1 I hear many bugs were solved with that

[OFFICIAL] Desolation Devs Q&A (EP5 Thread)
Suzuki replied to Posty's topic in Official Desolation Club's Discussions
It doesn't matter. We all know, PC and Ava are meant for each other, even if it never happens in-game. -
North Celia Construction Sidequest
Suzuki replied to PkMnSubstitute's topic in Official Desolation Club's Discussions
It's in North Celia, out in the streets. Probably in northern North Celia iirc -
I can't really help with that, but you could reload a save from just before the raid, and see if the map loads differently this time.

The makuhita actually is catchable, u just have to talk to it again, but yes there are several mons that serve no real purpose atm (Scrafty at Celia docks, Scraggy at North Celia, etc).

A hint on how to progress the Alistair quest? I tried looking for the foxes that stole his goods in the sewers and the undercity but had no luck.

Rhyhorn -
Has anyone managed to get a Thick Club? I've been coveting wild cubones for what amounts to like 2hrs, leading with a compound eyes venonat, but to no avail. Maybe I'm just unlucky but a confirmation would be nice at that point, since cubones themselves are very scarce.

Looking for some Pokémon
Suzuki replied to Gentleman Jaggi's topic in Official Desolation Club's Discussions
All are unavailable except rhyhorn which i haven't still located either, Rufflet which is answered above, and rockruff which you can only get if you picked it as a starter. You can find the Obtainable pokemon list here EDIT: Rhyhorn can be found as an overworld encounter at the northern cave at Ruby island -
[SPOILERS] Episode 5 Story Discussions
Suzuki replied to Ravuri1's topic in Official Desolation Club's Discussions
1. I don't really have an answer, i got kinda confused, but I think you mean Aurora, not Amelia. In one of Aurora's flashback we find out that Kuiki, lived in Addenfall and regularly visited the twins' masion, as Shiv was trying to expand his influence (?) or sth along those lines. 3. I think Tristan is real, it din't even occure to me to doubt that. The reason people in Ayrith think he is dead, is because time in Ayrith passes a lot faster than in the Dreamscape (Rosetta mentions the opposite though, that people that had dreams of Odis village, felt like they spent a whole lifetime there). I assume he "woke up" in the Dreamscape not a long time ago, but it's already been like 5 years in Ayrith. I don't understand why they don't consider him as just missing though, instead of dead. Tbh some things seem kinda inconsistent at this point, beyond the point of just cracks in the dream. Hopefully we'll get some answers in episode 6, or maybe i also misunderstood some things. In general i highly enjoyed this episode, it was definetely worth all the anticipation. -
Pokemon Location Guide?
Suzuki replied to firestrikex79's topic in Official Desolation Club's Discussions
Caz said they would make an obtainable list which is here Also said, that if anyone made a location guide, he'd pin it, but that's up for us to make. EDIT: Location guide here -
I've done all ranger quests, but none led me to Ruby island, only bronze island. Is there something i have to do to trigger that quest? EDIT: Nvm, i got it

Yo can someone tell me where's the blackview grid fragment? EDIT: Also is Cacnea obtainable? Nvm, there is an obtainable list now, yay Got the fragment. It's -
kinda off topic since i don't know the answer, but do you by chance remember where u got the yellow piece?

Krookodile and or Aerodactyl. They hit hard. And in doubles, aerodactyl does plenty damage with rockslide, and krookodile gets the ko and the moxie boosts with eq.

Apart from ancient power users and what everyone else said: Venusaur, Blastoise, Nidoqueen/king, Victreebell, Gyarados, Gliscor, Donphan, Sceptile, Slaking, Exployd, Torterra, Drapion, Abomasnow, Hippowdon, Scolipede, Krookodile, Galvantula, Volcarona, Chesnaught, Avalugg, Golisopod. If genVIII is included in E19 also consider Rilaboom, Drednaw, Centiscorch, Duraludon, Dragapult When it becomes available, Genesect would be a choice too. EDIT: Golem, Steelix, and Rhyperior used to be able to learn Ancient Power via move tutor in hg/ss, In my book they also fit the bill for a prehistoric team.

I pretty much agree with @Champ10, but I'll suggest the Eelektross I use, just in case it works better for you. It's more aimed towards longevity though. Eelektross Careful Maranga berry 232 HP / 8 Atk / 16 Def / 242 Spdef Coil / Drain Punch / Rock Slide / Fire Punch With one Coil you get 400 Atk and 300 Def, and the Careful nature + maranga berry, can get you to an astonishing 426 Spdef. You could sacrifice your coverage Fire punch for a STAB Thunder punch, but I wouldn't recommend it EDIT: I meant I agree with what @Node15 said

Haven't played for a while, but I think an NPC mentions that rails are being constructed to connect Reborn to the Orre region. Maybe we'll be able to find the bird trio, the dog trio, lugia and ho-oh there since they can be encountered there in Colloseum and XD. Agate city is definetely a candidate for Celebi, since in XD there is a shrine dedicated to it in Agate village. The train-to-another-region theory might sound a bit farfetched, but in early development of Reborn, Agate supossedly lied in the border of Orre and Reborn.
