hai there, honest opnion please!

slant, i've been using jirachi instead of celebi and its bee ndoing great, im at about 80% wins on a very consistant basis. if anybody else has anybody adivice too it would be well apreciated.

i know this thread is really no longer relevant, but it looks fun Jordan (Infernape)(M) @ Focus Sash: Jordan is Conor's best friend, and is never in his pokeball. He he is a very calm, responsible Pokemon, who usually talks Conor out of stupid ideas. Jordan acts as a big brother toward Conor, since he originally belonged to his older brother until his older brother gave up Pokemon. He is just a total beast when it comes to battling, by far Conor's best battler. He is very confident and wise when it comes to battling. he observes his opponent and uses his speed to quickly land a super effective attack, rarely ever needing Conor's instruction. Alex (Croconaw)(M) @ Life Orb: Alex was the pokemon Conor recieved from Prof. Elm during his first journey in the Johto league.Alex is a very jealous pokemon. he is very strong in his own right, but is always motivated to train, so he can be the best on Conor's team. you will often see him challenging infernape to battles when both are out of their pokeballs. even though Alex is very competitive, he is also a very fun loving pokemon, who can always been seen with a smile on his face. he is very loud and boisterous, often to a fault. Alex's main goal is to one day become a Feralligator so he can defeat infernape. The trouble is Alex, although traning for a long time, has not been able to evolve, and cannot figure out why. Jess (Pidegot) (F) @ Leftovers:Jess was obtained by Conor as a pidgeotto during his third journey in Kanto. Kevin is Conor's main mode of transportation. she rarely ever says a word, just flies Conor wherever he needs to be. Jess isn't a sad pokemon at all, actually it is quite happy observing the adventures of Conor as they go. Jess is known by the group to be a pacifist. she has only ever battled once, and that was because a foe's meowth made comments about the lone feather Jess has sticking up on his forehead, sort of like Alphalpha's hair if you ever seen the little Rascals. Jess immediatly filled up with rage, and out of nowhere evolved into a Pidgeot. she then proceeded to attack with an immense strength that no one on Conor's team had ever seen before. It sent Meowth flying, and since that day Conor's team knew never to get Jess mad. she has not been in a fight since that day. Erick (Zangoose)(M) @ Silk Scarf: Erick was obtained by Conor during his second journey in Hoenn. Erick in public always put on a confident front, but the truth is he isn't that powerful. he was a real powerhouse at first, but as Time went on, and pokemon level'd up,Conor and Erick both realized he was average at very best. When Erick realized this himself, he went into a deep state of depression. Conor understood Erick's pain and through it, they bonded. Erick is still a member of Conor's team today because of the great friendship they share. Erick often takes walks at night, and if you follow him unnoticed on these walks, you will see him tear up a little at the happiness that he feels that he is still accepted, even with his lack of strength. Terry (Gengar)(M) @ Life Orb: Conor obtained Terry as a ghastly in Pokemon tower during his Kanto journey. Terry is the definition of a troll. He often plays very mean tricks on the rest of Conor's team, and even Conor himself. You will always seen the other Pokemon of Conor's team chasing after Terry, but he just uses its huge speed stat to run and never even get so much as a scratch. Terry is a prankster to a fault though, often in battle he is too consumed with messing with his opponent, then actually winning. This almost always causes his downfall. The very odd thing about Terry though is that he is one of those Pokemon that seems like he never puts up a good fight, will always get serious in a pinch and bring home the victory. Jake (Larvitar)(M) @ focus sash: Conor just recently found Jake wandering around in front of Victory Road on his second run through in hoenn. Jake said he was looking for food since his mother Tyranitar was captured by a poacher using some kind of dark pokeball which turned his mother evil. He hadn't eaten in a couple of days, so Conor offered to take Jake with him. Jake was completely against it at first because of his independent nature, but decided to go with Conor for survival. He often would reluctantly follow Conor from a distance, but as time went on Jake caught himself laughing at the antics of Conor's team, and decided to become a full blown member of Conor's team. Jake can most often be seen with Jess, who has become like a motherly figure to Jake. Conor beileves that one day, Larviatar will become the biggest powerhouse of His team, once given the chance to train and evolve.

Okay so here is the rain stall i spent some time putting together. its meant for battling on beta. let me know your opnions and advice and i would appreciate it. First Glance * oh and a note about this team, its goal is basically to toxic stall by spamming protect. (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Drizzle EVs: 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SDef Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd) - Toxic - Scald - Protect - Perish Song The first pokemon of the team. obviously to set up rain. he does come in handy with this bulky set though because of Toxic stalling through toxic and protect. it really comes in handy later along with perish song to take out the last pokemon. scald is the damaging move here, can burn ferrothorn when they switch in which is always a good thing. Politoed's bulk lets it tank some hits that aren't super effective. (F) @ Eviolite Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Softboiled - Seismic Toss - Stealth Rock - Toxic the first part to my stall game. chansey can tank any sp attack that comes her way. switch in on special attack and i can either get a seismic toss, recovery, or even put stealth rock out onto the feild. he is one of the 3 core memeber of my defense and i am badly hurt if i lose her. on and Toxic of course. i sometimes witch in Twave to stop set ups which seem to be a problem for this team. (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Rain Dish EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 4 SDef / 44 Spd Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk) - Protect - Rapid Spin - Toxic Spikes - Scald this squid thingy here is my rapid spinner/ toxic spikes layer. he is perfect for toxic stall in the rain because protect is beneficial in 2 ways. first, when he uses protect, he gains back 25% health thanks to rain dish and leftovers. second, because protect lets another turn go by where toxic an damage the opponent. protect on this team also gives em great scouting because i can switch into whatever i need after checking the next move with protect. (F) @ Toxic Orb Trait: Poison Heal EVs: 232 HP / 252 Def / 24 Spd Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) - Toxic - Protect - Ice Fang - Earthquake Gliscor is my physical tank. i never risk him. he usually comes in, tanks a physical hits. protects one turn for poison heal recovery and usually switches right back out. if i lose gliscor, the rest of my team is pretty much ruined. the reason i also chose gliscor over skarmory was because this team is very weak to electric type attacks, and he can tank those on the switch in with his awesome ground typing. @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure EVs: 252 HP / 176 SAtk / 80 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Calm Mind - Giga Drain - Hidden Power [Fire] - Recover Celebi is one of my favorite Pokemon. he is on this team to completely shut down volt turn. he can tank any volt switch you send in on him, as well as a hydro pump from Rotom W. then when they send scizor in thinking it will be an easy kill with u turn. i'll just use my hp fire. this only really works if i catch scizor after hes been damaged by SR and spikes a little bit. other than that celebi can just tank physical attacks of most kinds, tho he is not at all anythign like gliscor. i can aslo send in Celebi late game to set up calm minds and sweep. recover is for recovry lol. Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Iron Barbs EVs: 76 Atk / 188 Def / 244 SDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Power Whip - Protect - Spikes - Thunder Wave ferrothorn here is my back up wall for wither gliscor or chansey. he has som sp def invested to tank elec hits as well as water, flying, dark, dragon, ice, grass, and ghost. he also laughs at physical attacks that come his way. spikes is for moar hazards to screw the other team on the constant switches i force. remeber also that i am fine if they set up hazards because i have a nice rapid spinner in tentacruel. power whip is in case of taunt and i need a damaging move. protect to stall out if i have already layed out some TS. Twave so i can stop the dragonites i always switch into when they try to set up. Well here is the team. my main weakness for this team is that i cant stop set ups all too well. if anyone has any advice please let me know. thanks! -Conor

hey Summer! I haven't seen or heard from you in the longest time. I miss you! you were like my right hand man in the clan, always maintaining the channel, posting new topics as needed, enforcing clan rules, and etc. You were always so helpful, it sometimes makes me want to start the clan back up.
