Decided to go a different route with Swinub and Piloswine. Making female now, then it's off to do all the back sprites Edit One: Female

Made a blue Phanpy, but since blue seems to be a pretty iffy color, I also made a different one ^>^ Just say which you prefer and I'll work on Donphan
