    Guys excuse my lack of knowledge about Ivs, I really did not know anything about it but now @Anti_Hero explained me perfectly and I understood. So leave my suggestion of exchange for further I'm going to improve my Ivs and get better pokemons to be Worthy of exchange.

    Wow, I change days, weeks until the month I've moved, but I never leave the days of the storm. I've already done it here in the forum that every 5 days change or 8 hours changes the weather, but nothing works.

    Yes, you did. I remember reading that in some games of the franchise this helped in the happiness of the pokemon precisely because of the bond that is created when giving names to the pokemon. I thought that in Reborn it was the same.

    The Eevee needs to have a fairy move and pass level with high happiness. You can increase happiness with pokesnax by going to the salon or else heal it with Blue Moon Ice Cream which greatly enhances happiness.
