    Once upon a time, I walked into a Chinese restaurant and ordered pan-fried noodles... and they brought me noodle(?) sticks.

    AM I MISSING SOMETHING?? HOW COULD THIS GO SO WRONG?????

      what the hell are noodle sticks?

      at our place we just called fired noodles 炒面 (chao mian) or 炒米粉 (chao mi fen)

      depending on the noodls used

      They looked like thin (~3mm) and long sticks. Dunno exactly what they were made of. But my disappointment was beyond this world :'(
