    In the original Pokémon games it may be easier to encounter one. At least I've heard that there's a place you can get Pokémon with at least 3IVs in XY.

    Florinia (Braixen), Corey (Braixen), Shelly (Braixen), Kiki (Floette, Braixen), Cal (Milotic, Ampharos), Aya (Braixen), Noel (Team effort), Radomus (Close call, Team effort), Luna (Florges, Lopunny). But I'm a breeder and trader, so I use 5IV mons giving me a great advantage Luna was the last one I fought. Also, I think it helps that I don't want to pay money for losing... I'm stingy haha
