why not go for Alolan Vulpix since it's on your pfp? It'll be a lil hard to use her mid-early game due to the ice stone not being available until adventurine woods but I think it's a decent choice while you get more mons.

Not sure if this is a possible alternative (in my case I was lucky and it was done), but what about changing schools? You've already become the target of bullying at that institution so there's no escaping that. Telling the vice or principal won't help either, and it'll prolly make the bullying worse (speaking from experience being part of the side that bullied). So the only way I can think of is changing schools and starting anew. If you know why they bully you, even better, so you don't repeat that when you move into a new environment.

Hm I think It doesn't appear until you get rock smash to actually get into the railnet from Peridot side. If you already talked to Litleo then you'll have to defeat the klinklang but if you haven't, you should be able to enter it until you meet the Strength rock. Otherwise, I can also trade you a klink if you don't mind traded mons
