I was breeding Deino and the eggs hatch with Dark Pulse, which came from the TM that I taught to Hydreigon. I thought TM moves can't be passed on through breeding.
If it can be learned naturally by one of the parents, it seems to pass on. Similarly, I bred a male Sableye that learned Dark Pulse with Gothita and all of the children had Dark Pulse.
Either that or Gamefreak just didn't do Dark Pulse that way (since it's even on Bulbapedia)
