It's in Narcissa's gym. Just go though the puzzle like normal and you'll come across a room with a picture of Mew on the wall. Then, Mew will appear and go through the mirror. Follow it and you can't miss it. -
One of the Help Corp. buildings. I think it's the one in Gearen City.

I believe that one was moved in version eight to Darchlight Cave. You need Strength to get to it. Here's a pic of the area it's in.

You need Strength and Rock Smash to get to it. After you pass the room with the Yanma flying around, you can go right and it takes you to the previous room, but on the far right side (this is where the cell is) and the left side has a TM.

Their's also the possibility that it has something to do with the cave on the other side of the Snorlax on route 8 given its proximity to Darchlight Woods.

Has anyone found Z-Crystals? I got Bugnium Z from Crawli. Not sure where the others are. I revisited the gym in West Gearen to see if he'd give me one too, but that didn't work.

The nature changer is in the underground in GDC. You need to do the Missing Children help request to gain access to the underground.

I left through the gate from the Dream District (where the Toy Box is) at night and when I came out of the other side someone named Damien came out of the gate and spoke to me. He mentioned umm... that one girl that chased after Latios before the train resumed to GDC at the end of version 8. He said her name was Alexandra and it turns out that Latios is his. He also suggested that she's not real or something. he also knew my name. Looks like he's looking for her. Thoughts?

Can't access the Lighthouses on Terajuma Island. When interacting with the door, it says "[whatever your character's name is] turned the key and unlocked the door!" yet it remains inaccessible.

I recall after beating Rift Ferrothorn, Looker said I only partially finished the request. So, I got a partial payment and it never said the request was finished. Perhaps this is the case for you (and probably everyone else) as well?

@Fabidieboy4A slight correction for number 3. It's on Route 1, not Goldenwood Forest.

I noticed that Magma Drift doesn't destroy Grassy Fields. It makes sense that it should destroy it and create a Burning Field since it's essentially the fire version of Surf.
