You only need to upload the file "Game.rxdata" which shouldn't be that big of a file.

Assuming you've already used ten Calciums on a Pokemon, with a Power Lens and Pokerus it should only take 16 Numel/Slugma to max out EV's in Sp. Atk.

For Sp. Atk, head on over to Pyrous Mountain. There are plenty of Slugma and Numel there.

Well, for those of us who don't breed the perfect Bidoof or whatever, Hyper Training is very useful and levels the playing field leaving the rest up to pure skill and strategy. -

Swap out Primeape for Solosis for the obvious type advantage. Plus, Reuniclus' high HP and Sp Atk should serve you well in this battle. Swap out Magnezone for Dusclops. Being unaffected by fighting types means no STAB for Samson. Plus, Dusclops has good defenses so he should be able to take some punishment despite his low speed. Will-o-wisp will help even more since burns cut attack power in half.

In 7th Street, you can change its nature at the psychologist for one Heart Scale (the only building with a sign in front of it) and its ability by purchasing an Ability Capsule (costs Shards) from the vendor north of the Magma Gang entrance or south of the Aqua Gang Entrance.

You can always change its Nature/Ability in 7th Street. So, I'd say the deciding factor should be its IV's. If it has higher IV's in Sp. Atk, Gardevoir. If Atk is higher, Gallade.

I've never found Shelmet on the island, but I have found Accelgor from time to time. Bring a Pokemon with Sweet Scent. It speeds things up.
