There is no yet for Rejuvenation? it will come in handy for Reborn also since I like Glaceon and Sylveon the most out of eevelutions

I am breeding tons of eevees to evolve into their respected eevelutions, is there ice rock anywhere where I can evolve eevee into glaceon?

Yes I am stuck with only 2nd pokemon, carbink. Is there any particular part of Ametyst cave where you can find him or he can be just found anywhere?
