Hey guys, I'm a complete newbie to Reborn. I had an awesome experience today I thought I should share
I was levelling up my party outside the beryl gym (f**k corey) when I had the orgasmic pleasure of encountering my first shiny ever!!! A radioactively chested-shiny-magnificent-Arbok! After 5 minutes of euphoria I took a deep breath, switched in my flaaffy and withered the slithery beast down (that sounds wrong doesn't it...), paralyzed and finally captured it.
Now I've never been one to drool over shinies, but that might be because I'd never really encountered one before. I honestly didn't know what to do with it. I realized the poor thing would just gather dust in my mon box - might as well trade it to make someone else happier. And so I registered for online play and waved goodbye over wonder trade. I wasn't expecting much in return, maybe a bibarel or something.
Nope.
A 4 perfect IV (Def/SpA/SpDef/Speed) lvl.1 Squirtle. With dragon pulse and mirror coat.
Yep.
I came for the second time in 30 minutes.
This is honestly the happiest I've ever been playing pokemon, and I want to thank the original trainer Lilith for making my day! Hope you like the radioactive arbok!
