You can only do so in the glass factory before the chain battle starts after Simon disappears from the factory, I was assuming they had already done the events as they said "I don't remember that srry...." I was trying to figure out if they had already talked to Simon and didn't remember or if they didn't and have missed this episodes chance as well....

rain/harsh rain currently is the way to get it to spawn there, it has to be rainy to get the guy and squirtle there, which I like better

I think you can also get one by giving the hiker an expert belt not 100% sure though, that is after Hardy unfortunately though

Did you start doing the quest before public release? The release just for the public changed Bee's rewards from the beta ones

Hmm I know sometimes it glitches into the garden, however if your just looking for completion don't worry too much about it, you can catch it post renovation in Beryl ward grass or once you get past Luna you can catch Ursarings wild and after beating Ceil breed them

Use her own field against her works as well

i find usuallly in around 11 or so times though once it took me 20 tries was doing some grinding there.....

Thank you both of you, I was just looking into trying a rom hack for it but realized it wouldn't allow for all gen starters Commander I will look into that but I'm pretty sure might have to start from scratch learning a language from scratch

Would there be any programs to help do that for someone who's a noob at doing so? It would be awesome to be able to play on phone, it sounds like a cool project.
