I think you can get one in one of the bushes in Celest Labyrinth. -
There are a lot of great recommendations. I would recommend a few great timeless anime/manga such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, Cowboy Bebop, Akira, Devilman Crybaby, and Samurai Champloo. Would also recommend some comedic/rom-com genre in these trying times such as Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, Toradora, Nichijou, Grand Blue, Gal Gohan, Komi san wa Komyushou Desu, and Otome Game no Hametsu.

Happy to see after a long time of not checking up Reborn, its still in development and the community is still going strong.

If you are playing the newest version of Reborn (E. 18) you should be able to find your save files in "other save files" option in the main menu.

that's impossible, you can't "don't get" scraggy at that event, it decides to join you. You might actually not in that event yet and was referring to another event including scraggy. To actually get scraggy, get the dull key under the railnet, then explore the previously locked area around Obsidia Slums, you will trigger the event.

Life Orb used to be obtainable in both e14 and e15 thx to the "strength glitch", but as of e16 and beyond the glitch has been fixed and it's not available anymore, I suggest either Focus Sash since Greninja can be frail or Expert Belt to further assist Greninja's already powerful Protean ability
