  1. WAIT hold up a sec.! Basically his ghost is still hanging around? Or is it another ghost pokémon event?
  2. So, I'm in a new playthrough, and I decided to keep Espurr. Does its move Covet allows me to permanently steal an item, say leftovers or such? Also, in early game, you can now go in the apartment building where Wingull was (I think) but, instead of it, it's a Joltik which saps electricity and will attack you if you have a Pokesnax.
  3. By checking at the updated obtainable list, you can see that Type:Null itself will be catchable. Any idea of what its event will look like? Sorry if this post isn't in the right forum.
  4. Well, thanks for feedback. I understand now why it's a bad idea. And I must say, Commander, that ths: was actually pretty funny!
  5. So, I was wondering if the Team Rainbow Rocket was gonna make an appearance in the Reborn post-game. After all, they randomly invade dimensions with the intention to dominate and control them. They could even have in their ranks Team Meteor leaders who actually succeeded in killing the heroes and awakening Arceus. I think it would be nice, as a post-story download. What do you think on it?
  6. Yeah, for the abilities, I thought about a condition that you train your body for... or something you have since birth, hard to decide... Anyway, all types are good, it just depends of the way you use them!
  7. Nice to know that Ep.17 is coming soon!
  8. Wow, first of all thanks for the feedback! Sure, it allows you to fly! Also, in battle it allows you to use moves like Air Slash, Tailwind, Brave Bird (for maximun epicness) or you can use Mirror move for a spectacular beam-o-war. Alright, Dutch Zuko, don't forget to spam your Magma Storm and Fiery Dance in your next battle. Well, even if the type effectiveness was on, we would all be "human-type", right? Also, I might just warn you about Magic Coat or Psycho Swift users. I think it's the most obvious type. Plus, if it has a potential this wide, it just makes it dangerously unpredictable. Hyper Beam is my favourite Normal move in matter of coolness. Oh, my, god. You have only scratched the surface. Imagine now: all batling styles could be played with this type: you can be a tank with moves like Light Screen, Reflect, Barrier, Amnesia, Cosmic Power, and so on. If you want to hit hard, Calm Mind, Meditate and Agility are for you. You can even troll with Power, Guard and Speed Swap. Heal Pulse is also usefull in team battles. There are so many possibilities with this concept. Now, we could also begin to think about moves that shouldn't exist in this universe, like Imprison. Also, imagine the potential of a story made around it! With a title like: "Human Warriors" or "The Masters" I could think about writing an fanfic about it... If you like the concept, just continue to list the type you would prefer!
  9. Well, I have beaten the crap out of him with a Charizard, a Skuntank, a Slurpuff, a Luxray, a Victreebell and a Golem. This is a fairly random team I guess, and only ONE had a ground-type move, but with enough tries, you can still elaborate an effective strategy out of nowhere (I won all my gym battle before Randomus with this team. I got Heracross afterwards...). The entire purpose of Reborn's gameplay is this: to make you perseverate. I'm a very casual player, but I still came up the winner with a team picked on the go.
  10. Alright, I think I had an awesome idea: Imagine you live in a world (without pokémon) where you could choose one of the 18 types of combat (pokémon types) and afterwards be capable of using all the moves known for that type (with practice needed, obviously). Then, imagine that in this same world, there are fighting tournament full of people who chose a type and decide to master it. With taking in consideration that type effectiveness wouldn't exist there, what would be the type you would choose and why? My personal pick is the Psychic type, because it has enough moves to buff all stats and contains powerfull damaging attacks. Miracle Eye (to track the opponent) and Teleport are also moves who get me interested.
  11. I was wondering what was gonna happen with the two event-exclusive pokémons of generation 7: Ash-Greninja and Dusk Lycanroc. Some ideas of mine: -Ash-Greninja: In the post-game, after you become champion, a wild Greninja would appear the next time you want to enter the Grand Hall. When it wonders away, it would leave a note with some enigma written on it. If you solve it, you will find the next place where the Greninja will appear. After a chase around all Reborn, you two finally encounter once and for good, you can capture it and it has the Battle Bound ability. Or you just screw all this and the game lets you have an Ash-Greninja with an ability capsule. -Dusk Lycanroc: At some point in the game, a person in need would seek your help. It would need you to fight a street gang in order to protect a group of young pokémon, intended to be sold at the black market. When you have completed the sidequest, one of the saved pokémons, a Rockruff, will want to follow you. The person you assisted will remark that this Rockruff has something special. If you have questions or your own suggestions, just leave them in the comments.
  12. So, I was thinking about the things I would want to see in Reborn, and I wanted to share them with you: -A mechanic that allows you to be followed by the pokemon of your party you want or not -A new quiz on the forrum on the style of "Which Pokemon type are you?" that was here once -After becoming champion, being able to accept challengers with the team you want, on a field that you will have chosen -Maybe a suggestion forrum? Whatever your own ideas are, you can put them in the comments! Have a nice day!
  13. (Vero completes his train ticket) The train guy: So, you're a male, female, other? (Vero marks female) Seems legit.

    Eevee event?

Will it work in future episodes?

    Eevee event?

Oh, sorry, but I was asking for my next game, that I wanted to start at episode 17 (with Alolan Pokémon)... However thanks for the proposition.

    Eevee event?

The weather-changing mod? What is that?
  17. Gabriel1

    Eevee event?

I know that there is an event to obtain Eevee and where it is (in the Chrysolia forest, I think), but I don't when it is triggered. Could you tell me when it is?
  18. A thing is sure: at least the protagonists and the other characters should not share the same partners. This means that the Unova starters aren't gonna be the protags' partners, because the rivals already have them. Also, I have some ideas about certain specific rivalries/friendships/behaviors in such a series: -Fern would be the rival of Vero, since he is the badge gatherer -Vero and Decibel could be rivals, too, because of their different ways of training and fighting. -As a leader and a caring person, Alice would be the most involved one in the meteor arcs, though the others would get often involved (especially Vero, as the best trainer) -Lucia would be the most inerested in the way that gym leaders and others train or stay healthy. -Decibel, being less serious than the others, would be more likely to wander off in the city and taking in part in all sorts of activities. This way, he could get many rare and beautifull Pokémons (like Swirlix in the candy shop or Shinx from the arcade) -Maybe some shipings? A personnal idea was for Vero to get infatuated by Victoria, but not being confident enough to tell her, and when he is about to, the death of Kiki and the betrayal of Cal leave Victoria broken, as the heroes go back to Reborn City to get to the wastelands.
  19. The starters? Well, I have some ideas: -Vero: Charizard, because it would fit him as the ace trainer of the group to have the ferocious Flame Pokémon as a partner. -Ari: I would think about Swampert or Torterra, since it follows Ari's geology specialty. -Decibel: A little odd, but I think that his partner should be Mimikyu, because his pseudo-bio says that he loves fairy and ghost types.
  20. That's a pretty good idea I didn't mean with the style of the art (it's not bad, though), just the personnalities described.
  21. All right, for things to be clear, I know that a Reborn anime is very unlikely. However, how would you see it if it was real? For me, the series would not focus on the "Gotta catch'em all" at all. It would more focus on the developpement of the characters and their interactions. Characters An anime for Reborn would need primary characters, obviously. However, who would take the place of the "playable character" is a tough question, since there are, in-game, six ofthem. The best solution would be a group. The said group would contain the characters each with a different role. What I see would be what these fan-arts show: http://kitaichan.tumblr.com/post/119283907493/c25mor-the-behind-the-scenes-dream-team Or, if you are too lazy to go and see, it's resumed here: -Vero: the ace trainer (the ones who wins badges) -Alice: the leader -Kuro: a pokémon prof. in the making. -Lucia: the team's personnal trainer -Decibel: pretty much the comic relief (with some hidden depths, though) -Ari: the team's geologist and geography specialist. Of course, each would get different moments of focus. As for their pokémons, events ones would obviously make part of the team of some of them (like Heracross, Metagross, Eelektross, etc.) I would also see some characters get more developpement on-screen, like Fern or Victoria. Story I would see the first episodes with only a few characters, and the episodes before the first Meteor-related events would focus on the miserable life in Reborn City, as the first protagonists would begin to explore. Of course, the Meteor arcs wouldn't star always the same protagonists. Now, what are your point of view?
