I don't think you can get electrilizer.In v9,the only way to get an electrilizer is to catch the elekid whlle it is holding an electrilizer.Elekid only has 5% chance of holding it.

You can use Kricketune.Technician boosted fury cutter will do great damage to most of Florina's pokemon.I also recommend getting a fire type pokemon for example numel or pansear.Mankey is not worth it.Pick any other fighting type pokemon.

I am sure that that ampharos will one shot most of Ciel's pokemon.So level up that ampharos.I recommend a lapras(event) or a walrein because they are bulky and two of Ciel's pokemons are 4x weak to ice.

You can get Corey's Nidorina in the cave beside Corey's gym.

I already went to River's End.But the type null event is not starting.I even saw a youtube video where the event starts after trying to enter the locked house.I tried that but it didn't work.Does the event starts only after getting a number of badges?I currently have 5 badges and about to go up against Crawli.

You can get jaw fossils and other fossils by mining.You need to keep your helix fossil to join the cult.If you join the cult,you can do some side quests and get fossils as a reward.You can not revive the helix fossil.You can just mine an extra helix fossil.

In V9,the earliest audino trainer is in goldenleaf town.

If you ever decide to restart the game again,i recommend getting a Swoobat with simple ability.Just use calm mind 2 or 3 times and use confusion and air slash.Swoobat will really help you early game.If you are interested in using pichu,you can use the hair saloon to increase your pichu's happiness.You can also catch a grubbin which has some good level up moves. Lastly,there are many topics here that will help you along the way.If you are interested,just post a topic and there will be many people to help you.

You can get a Croagunk in citrine mountain 2F.Just enter the cave opposite of Shade's gym.You only need the silver ring from the ex poison gym leader Corey's gym.Once you get the silver ring,interact with the croagunk and he will join you.You also need TM rock smash to enter the cave.

Go south of the pokestar studios and enter the alley.You will find a new npc in the alley.Talk to him.
