MysticUmbreon Best team
fellowry replied to Harryd1998's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
Cinderace is nice, Great speed and physical, Pyro Ball hits like a truck, But kinda limited in movepool in early to mid game. Basically have same problem with gredninja but it has access to its stonger stab right of the bat -

yep its a bug, try dumping just 1000, it works for me -
It really caught me off guard the first time and really lazy to train another pokemon to specifically counter her team and gimmick so i kinda Destiny Bond + Revive on all of her team after much frustration. Not my proudest moment but hey as long as it get the job done. Now how to beat her with my own steel monotype in intense...

Happens to me too, only happen in 2.5x speed above, but normal in 2x speed

Ren Zorrialyn Battle

If memory served me correct in intense he has: Seeded A-Roserade (Sand Rush?) Life orb Flygon (Levitate) Muscle Band Arcanine (Intimidate) Life Orb Greninja (Protean) Mega Scizor (Technician) Fairy Type Null(?)(RKS System) Basically impossible to outspeed A-Roserade here so get yourself a bulky mon and tank its atk, it was quite fragile so it will go down in like 2 hits, Mom's Syveon is great choice here it has perfect IV and can tank Special Atk like a champ, Flygon is a menace here if you dont have a good counter it will sweep you, get yourself some fast/ bulky ice type or bulky mon like Stamina Mudsdale to chip away its HP (You can get mudsdale in the sand outside the town) Arcanine go down easy if you got solid ground type so use that Mudsdale, Greninja is another menace but quite fragile, there is Muk in the Badlands i suppose so maybe use that to tank its atk and deal damage, it was quite fragile after all, Mega scizor is kinda easy, get yourself a fire type and teach it Heat Wave then melt it, there move releaner in the town that can teach you that, and lastly Type null these thing should go down fast if you have a good steel type. Rain Team is also viable here so you can consider that Im not sure if this info is useful or not because you didn't tell us Your team, your rotation in the PC and what Difficulty you are playing, there are probable better alternative in your rooster but i just assume all of you mon got counter by his -

I noticed this too, at some point when i farm it went down from 500 to 250, similiar with the blue light, it went down from 1000 to 500. Tried beating the pokemon but still no changes -
An appreciation of Intense Mode
fellowry replied to Generic Gamer's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
Get a mixed feeling from me, the AI being smart is actually a great thing in my opinion, it increase the challenge by a lot feels like im playing with a real guys and beating them give me some sense of accomplishment. one of the reasons why v13 is far harder than v12 is because of the AI so props to the dev for this Over level Lv caps and ev, limited items and movepool is kinda the norm for game like this so nothing new my only complain is some of the battle is unreasonably tedious rather than difficult and restrict team building and strategy, for example kowpadunga and saki requires a very specific strategy to to win also Compoundeyes Butterfree with sleep powder is super busted in early game, i kinda abused it to destroy Mariannette and Geara lol -
Building a Milotic (SPOILERS)
fellowry replied to Hannelore's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
Mine is Bulky defensive A-milotic with full investment on HP 200 on Def and 56 on SP Def. Ability is Merciless while holding black sludge. Moves are Toxic, Play Rough, Poison Jab and Pain Split. Merciless basically cover the damage departement cuz it always crit on poisoned mon, This thing is a monster in a trickroom setup -
I can't believe i just died to a bibarel....

[v13 Spoiler] Rift Gardevoir Critique
fellowry replied to MhicKy's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
I'd like to think that Gardevoir fight is kinda like checkpoint to test how solid our teams are at that point of the game, cuz there several more bullshit fight waiting in line, for example Kowapudunga or whatever the hell that oversize whale name is, that fight is far more bullshit not only it got like 999ev in HP, access to infinite pp, Rest+ water veil (Yeah it got Rest prepared to get rekt and outstalled) and it would one shot your whole team with field powered dive, the only viable way to win is to debuff it first and beef up your own sweeper as much as possible. Gardevoir on the other hand is fast beatdown pokemon and kinda fragile, there are several strategy that would work, double Amoongus with regenerator and spore, Magical seed to prompt Trick room, Pyukumuku to purify the field, or you can catch 5 steelix outside of town with sturdy and gyro ball lol. The only threatening move is her sweet kiss that kill stalling comp, which can be countered by buying chesto berry in the city My only complain is that at that point we kinda stuck in the past so if you're the type that only use 1 team or your current mon somehow all got hard countered by her, you kinda get softlocked -
I agree with how painful this fight is, i get that boss pokemon get infinite pp but for the love of god don't put rest on such a bulky pokemon. It was just like "Ohh you manage to get rid of my shield, tank my atk and chip away my HP to red, good job now i'm about to use this one move that will render your effort useless and make you question your sanity" it was like a spit in my face man. and this is also another example where field is abused very unfairly, the most threatening move that oversized whale has is Dive + Water field boost, now you would think that the best move is too change it too frozen field and change it to Mountain so it will lose its damage advantage, but noo after you change it to frozen field that whale can just use dive and change it back then it will get the field boost damage , then i try to paralyze it so that it cant dive when in frozen field, but lo and behold it has water veil so yeah it you are basically just wasting your time if you try to abuse the field The only way i manage to win is to intimidate switch and clutch crit on Venusaur with +6 atk by growth

You can get out though, the exit is behind angie.

[v13 Spoiler] Rift Gardevoir Critique

Also a viable strategy against all rift field is to use pyukumuku purify on it, it will remove the dimensional field and drastically reduce Gardevoir damage and allow us to set up Fairy counter -
[v13 Spoiler] Rift Gardevoir Critique

Nope just beat it in v13, but i did use magical seed to automatically set up the trick room its the field effect after all so maybe normal trick room is buggy? -
[v13 Spoiler] Rift Gardevoir Critique
fellowry replied to MhicKy's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
But Trick room IS doable thats how i beat her in intense after all, Trick room will only last 5 turn but at that point you will be faster than her (Except if you have mon that is faster than her or you screw up and paralyze her ), hard thing is to find Sweeper with enough bulk to tank at least one hit but still does enough damage to 1 shot its shield, granted its not an easy fight and RNG screw me many times over but Trick Room cheese is how i did it. The buggy one is fairy field in this fight as it SHOULD block all status move but somehow she can still land her lovely kiss -_- -
I feel like this is one of the hardest fight in this game, you need really build up your team to deal with this guy, status move is useless in this fight cause kawopudunga has water veil, Aqua ring +Leftovers+ Rest makes it so tanky and it has infinite pp so stalling is useless not to mention dive is so broken in these field The only viable way is to debuff it and slowly buff up your pokemon My Team when i beat kawopudunga: Venusaur (Chlorophyll) (Black Sludge) - Move: Growth, Petal Dance, Sludge Bomb, Leech Seed Luxray (Intimidate) (Sitrus Berry) - Move: Baby Doll eyes, Discharge, Electric Terrain Crunch Arcanine (Intimidate) - Moves: Wild Charge, Will o wisp, Flare Blitz, Close Combat Meowstick(Prankster) - Move: Light Screen, Reflect, Psychic, Fake Out Magnezone (Sturdy) (Magnet) - Move: Thunder, Flash Cannon, Screech, Metal Sound Blastoise (Torrent) - Move: Hydro Pump, Flash Cannon, dark Pulse, Aura Sphere Strategy: The Main Strategy is to cripple kawopudunga atk, and def as much as possible the set up using a sweeper, i use growth Venusaur with max investment to HP EV and Mix Atk and Def EV for this. Lead with Meowstick in order to set up Reflect, it will use dive and kill it but is okay, switch in to Arcanine it will intimidate(-1), then immediately switch to Luxray now it will also intimidate(-2), now it will atk but wouldn't kill, then switch back to Arcanine and intimidate will active(-3), Arcanine should be able to live with little hp now use wild charge to chip in his shield, kawopudunga will kill Arcanice, then switch back to Luxray and intimidate will active(-4), then use Baby Doll eyes(-5) now if you're lucky Luxray will survive with little hp so you can Baby Doll Eyes once again(-6), then switch to Magnezone and depends on your sweeper either set Screech or Metal sound (i use screech cuz my Venusaur is physical) at this point Magnezone can live through 2 hits so either use another Screech/Metal sound or try to break its shield. then switch to Venusaur, now cuz Venusaur is more bulky and resist kawopudunga stab it will proceed to target Goomink, now this is the best scenario cuz goomink has great defense and access to Rest so it can effectively tank its atk, now use this chance to buff up Venusaur using growth it should be easy after the +4, and Petal dance it to death The key here is to have a screen setter and at least 2 pokemon with intimidate and switch it back and forth to chip away its atk then sweep by stacking your own atk, if you have better alternative by all means use it, i only use this team cuz im to lazy to train another pokemon Not a super big brain strategy but hey it works for me

Question about how the RNG is coded here
fellowry replied to Ares1404's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
Same tested it with Venus (The girl with crested ledian fight in zone zero), somehow her Taurus ALWAYS landed iron tail, tested it about 30 times and never miss once. Have checked the field and there are no mentions that iron tail is boosted in any way, kinda weird tbh
