When doing the rift chandlure event, you can just walk past the boss encounter and get all the goodies at the graveyard. I'm assuming this is a bug since the litwik talks as if you defeated it.

Not before the ghost gym, but I found one in the last rocky room of the xen lab in the marsh past a small lake and another at the northwest of the little area south of route 3. Both are hidden.
