Well, it's about that time... Chapter 14: Flames on the Blue (oh sweet, I even got the chapter number right!) We escaped Blacksteeple Island...but at a heavy cost Mom might really be gone this time...but she is not forgotten Let's go see what Melia has to say. But first, this: Then I find Melia's room. Valarie and Aelita leave, but Melia still wants to speak with me...alone~ So my snag machine works now. Cool. Melia still has more to say though... I'm down at the battlefield ('cause this ship has that, pretty convenient) because upon seeing me again Melia desperately wants to fight... Vs. Melia As expected, Melia is satisfied by my performance We step outside for a breath of fresh air. So everything's going fine. Of course, that was not to last, since I'm a magnet for misfortune So it wasn't actually a full on wreck (thankfully) but we did make an unexpected landing... There's people here. Maybe they can help us So let's see if we can find Saki. But first, something completely different: Now we head into the jungle. "Be thankful that you all don't have to walk through the actual jungle." Lol We begin the trek through the jungle, but soon enough face yet another obstacle Looks like I have to fight the Vallie Girl now... I'm just gonna leave this here. Will I be able to overcome her blatant type advantage? I'll need some info first. Before starting we engage in the traditional pre-fight banter. Valarie's got a lot on her mind though. Well, here goes nothing... Vs. Valarie I was concerned this would be a major stumbling block, but it went pretty well actually. Of course, that doesn't mean she didn't step all over me several times first actually that doesn't sound so bad before I got it right. Her team is not especially balanced; all of them are slow tanks (unless Ludicolo has Swift Swim, but it never got to do anything so I dunno) which meant I was able to always move first and put up enough offensive pressure. However, because they're all tanks, it was more likely than not that I would fail to KO only to see my mon be destroyed in one blow. Wishiwashi in particular could easily take out half my team alone before I defeated it, and even then only if she had already used her potions. I ultimately had several lucky breaks though (like Lanturn missing so many Thunders, or indeed even picking Thunder primarily.) Also in this area rain is very common (you know, because rainforest) but there's no way I was giving her another advantage. So that's that. I've overcome a tough challenge, and gained the ability to cross small bodies of water. Next Time, we continue on to Kakori Village! Stay Tuned~

I don't think I would have gone for it, but it did make me doubt my guesses. I was going to wait at least to see what Paul and/or Seal said My first assumption was that you were trying to fool me. Of course, you'd also have to fool your allies first

At this point I know everyone, though I'd really only need 3 out of 4 (Alistair, Anti, and Paul would do)

^It was a good plan tbh. Don't think I would have bit, but who knows what Future Me is thinking really

oh jeez that was actually kinda gruesome So we weren't able to stop that ravenous beast...It wasn't a bad idea for the doctor to pick Anti, though apparently it proved futile. I'm afraid I don't have anything to report either though.

Teaching Lilligant Nature Power can do wonders to fix gaps in coverage. Nature Power is the savior for tons of Grass mons that don't learn anything. Though to be honest, if you can get enough Quiver Dance boosts she can end basically anything not outright immune to Grass, especially if the opponent prefers Sp. Attack. And since she learns Sleep Powder setting up is pretty easy I have a couple suggestions though: Volcarona - A Rank Cherrim - C Rank (Could go higher or lower depending on preference though. Well maybe not higher.)

You outlaws really did have bad luck, huh? Seems like you attacked the two worst targets. [Eliminate] Quinnox (P.S. No offense was taken Quinn )

And I'm not busy with life? That hurts, Quinn A lot happened while I was asleep (or trying, anyway...) I'll admit I like to be concise with my statements I think, especially when I don't really have info to add. I guess that makes me seem suspicious in these games...But it is essential to vote out the Coyote this day, since Alistair's identity is now known, not to mention I think it's now possible to guess Quinn and even Amber's role as well. I will say that I don't think I've been that much more quiet that Paul or Seal, but I'm not in a role that would allow me to gather info so I don't know that I can prove anything to y'all.

Buckle up y'all, this chapter will be quite the ride... Chapter 13: Imprisoned, Part IV - The Great Escape When we last saw our heroine she and the other prisoners had been locked in their cells early. The cell search was a lie! As it turns out, there is another reason for this... I have a really bad feeling about this- Meanwhile we get to see what's going on with Emma (again.) She's talking to Neved about the nonsensical nature of this prison Emma's next question is about the meaning of this "cell search" Anyways, I dug out of my cell... I leave the cave and Stealthtm my way past all the guards (also dug up a Fire Stone along the way, because the guards also don't hear me mining rocks apparently) to tell Braixen that the plan is a go Looks like we've been discovered... So my opponent is to be Madelis (again.) But I'm not the same trainer you had to cheat to defeat before... Vs. Madelis So the two admins submitted before our might... Looks like the jailbreak is beginning in earnest, finally! A girl gets antsy going so long without a fight... Emma goes to get Aelita, but she doesn't quite do what Neved says... I head outside with Mom. The fighting has already begun. I team up with Mom, and we fight off the guards, or rather, she Moonblasts all of them into oblivion while I watch. But that's okay, since every damn guard uses just Water mons! Seriously, she had to demolish like 5 or 6 more Sharpedos...so many Sharpedos... Eventually we reach the courtyard. On my way to find Neved, I run into Emma... Vs. Emma So I beat Emma. She's not overly concerned about it though... Anyways I continue- So with Aelita by my side I continue on. We enter a previously locked room... We soon confront the warden. Time to take out the trash Vs. Neved Neved is defeated, but he keeps talking for some reason... Looks like the big boss is here...great... Vs. Madame X Once again, I'm not equipped to win this fight. But really, this one has to be cheesed doesn't it... So that happened. We decide to run, since we've encountered an opponent even I cannot beat But thanks to Nim we are back on the ground. The scene's not over... This is bad- But she is interrupted, for another has appeared... We manage to escape the prison, because this story does indeed have an invincible hero...it just happens to be Melia, not me. As it turns out, she seems to be the actual protagonist while I'm just one of her party members/preferred love interest...and...I guess I'm fine with that? At least it's becoming obvious why Candela has the hots for her, if Melia is the actual protagonist then of course I'm meant to be won over by her overwhelming charm. It's a protagonist's privilege to pick up an implausible number of fans after all... Now that ordeal has ended...what happens next? Stay Tuned~
