How do I know if I am on the latest patch I downloaded this game a few days ago? I see a V9 at the bottom of my screen when I turn it on is that version 9? if it is is there a V10?

Has anyone been able to get the eevee starter because I am on try number 1345 and I still haven't seen any of the jackpot pokemon let alone eevee?
