Ok, I try to decrease Mermaimons Level, so a female Dolphmon should evolve earlier. Also fixed the others and Ginkaku was indeed missing in the dex. I upload the fixed version this night.

@emeraldskull did you try vitamins? If that doesn't work, I propaply will change this evolution method. @maor80 did you try a different computer? Or maybe reinstall the RTP for RPg Maker XP.
