If i'm not mistaken you get the Panpour instead of a Wingull only when it's raining. It depends on where you are, but you should still be able to go back to the Peridot Ward and get it from the building (it'll be running around instead of the Wingull). Hope that helps!

So apparently the gender neutral protagonist with the spiky yellow hair is named "Ari". This I found out today, but somehow, through pure chance, I had selected him as my character and called him exactly that. I started this game 3 months ago. Illuminati confirmed?
