Hello there guys. First I'd like to ask if there is anybody who can enlight me on how to breed Hidden Power easily? I can breed 5 IV mons anytime but manipulating those 30/31 I don't know how. Now for my ask, I'd like a Bulbasaur with Giga Drain and Hidden Power [Fire] (best possible IVs) and also, if possible, Ingrain. I can trade some 5 IVs mons (Scyther, Charmander, Heracross, Sneasel, to name a few). Thanks in advance!

Enjoy and thank you!

Is everything right? Try restart the game and I'll send the request
-
You got lucky. 5 IV with X on Attack xD I'm ready to trade. Username is Trufa, I'm on the waiting screen
-
Are we talking about Reborn? If it's the case, there trainers inside Grand Hall that you can battle as much as you want
-
I can breed you one. Need anything specific? I'd like that Jang-mo xD
-
I can, let me just breed one
-
I can breed you one, not now because I'm going to sleep. haha If you don't get it before my breeding, I'll trade you it. Also I would recommend going for Timid instead of Modest. Greninja has 122 Speed base stat that makes in very eligible to have a Nature that boosts Speed, also he'll STAB every move because of Protean. Modest is not bad, I just think Timid works better I can breed any you want though. SEe ya

Kinda, it was available on previous games. So you can find people who can trade it to you ^^

Hey guys, I would have posted this on a status post, but I don't know how to do So I think this is the best place to. So, do you know PixelCanvas? I surely think most of you do. Consisted on a pixeled canvas where you ahve 16 color (bits) to release your imagination and create any pixel art, but for any pixel you have to wait a timer to put the next one. Me and a friend made, with help of others from the site the map of Zelda - A link to the past, here's a cut from it: We started to do a new one from Justice League. But he's getting some connection problems lattley and I can't do this as fast as we would like. So if you have spare time, or are waiting for your mons to hatch, why won't you share some pixels with us? The location on the canvas is pixelcanvas.io/@-3967,676 whereabouts (just paste the link on your browser and you'll be directed to it) the image we are using as base can be found at imgur.com/8hYYkR1. Thank you to anyone who helps

Well, do you want a whole new team or just make changes on yours? Because your team is pretty solid, you just don't have anything strong against Ground, you may have, but I don't know your movesets. The only coverage I can think with this team is Magical Leaf on Gardevoir. If you want changes, I would only suggest changing Magmortar to something more useful, in terms of moveset/coverage, I suggest Chandelure, Salazzle and Volcarona. Particularly this last one would be best, because it learns Giga Drain through move tutor, and would deal with ground foes, the problem is it has fire type so, if it doesn't OHKO, it'll be taken out in the next turn. Something to think about If you want a whole new set of mons, I made one not long ago and I'm testing on Reborn now, it's been fun so far and I didn't need any rotations, just a Shuppet against Solaris Garchomp at Pyrous Mountain. They are: Scyther, Starmie, A-Ninetales (I wanted to use this three so I build the remaining mons around them), Krookodile, Salazzle and Breelom. All of them are IV bred and some have egg moves, it eases the game a lot, but I like it, I suffered enough on my first run and through the breeding process. Worked for me. Hope it helps

Well, my Ideal team is different haha but let's try: Some of the moves you want are TMs that are not available yet: Earthquake, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt. You may trade with someone who has the moves and could teach. Also you can try TM Breeding. As I mentioned breed, having 5 IV mons plus right Nature and EV training really ease the game. The problem is that TM Breeding + IV Breeding don't work well on Reborn, maybe I've done something wrong, but I didn't get what I wanted when I tried, the mechanics just didn't let. So this is something to mind. I never tried a strategy with Nature Power, but in my view, something so random would not benefit too much. You don't have anything that change the terrain like Grassy Terrain or something like that so you would wait to a proper terrain to use the move. Something pretty useless, in my opinion. If you want something bulkier for Vaporeon, which I think is good enough, you can try: Blastoise, Azumarill, Swampert or Milotic. You seem to like Walls, not my preference, so I can't help too much in building your team, I would only change Swift for Eruption in Typhlosion because as it's really fast it can hit with full power at least once on the battle, Swift is not that strong. Also change Foul Play for Crunch on Krook, usually Psychic and Ghost types are Sp. Atk based, so relying their attack status to damage is not that good. Crunch has 80 BP and STAB on Krook, it's better in my opinion. Also for Krook, you should use Life Orb or Black Glasses. Hope it helps, good luck

I don't know exactly, but as far as I know, Gym Leaders' pokemons have like 31 IV in all status plus good natures and pertinent EVs. Maybe someone who knows the code can help more with this. Considering that option, and assuming you don't have good IVs and good EV training plus bad nature, her pokemons should outspeed you naturally. Crobat is one of the fastest mons, if has a range of speed from 121 - 200 at lvl 50 (depending on nature, EV/IV) and Typhlosion has a range from 94 - 167 on the same lvl. Also her Super-heated field doesn't give speed to her mons, I read on my PokeGear. Unless all her mons have a Quick Claw with 100% of chance of attacking first, this should be the explanation. Just to help a little bit more, after my first run, I started breeding mons like crazy, looking for 5 IVs mons. I built my team with perfect IVs, EV training for Speed and Attack/Sp. Attack and proper natures. It was hard to find any opponent faster than my mons after that.

Well, seems it's your first run. There a lot of people who could trade you good mons for your play, including myself, but it spoils all the fun. So let's try with what you have: One strategy that worked for me on my first playthrough (I didn't have any lead on IV/EV and natures) was a full team of fire mons, as Ame suggest on the entrance of Charlotte's Gym. All water moves are lame here so try this strategy: If I remember right, Charlotte uses doubles, so start with Flygon and Crobat. Crobat will not suffer from Earthquake, so spam as much as you can. If I remember right, she starts with Darmanitam (it's been a while since I last faced her) so try to take it off first, because it'll have Rock Slide, good move against Crobat. Also, Crobat is much likely to outspeed them, if it doesn't have a bad nature for Speed. Focus Sash for Flygon may help here too. Then, the rest of the team will be composed by: Blaziken, Camerupt, Arcanine and Turtonator. Spam Fire moves now, I'd start with Camerupt and Turtonator with Eruption + Overheat, than Arcanine and Blaziken with one Bulk Up + Blaze Kicks. On my try I had 6 Fire mons, so it worked well for me. You can also try Meowstic with Trick Room (as Youmu said) or use it with Fake Out (to stop one of the foes) and Mamoswine + Focus Sash (just to make sure) with Avalanche to change the field. With this strategy, you can try using Clawitzer and Sharpedo but I think she will have means to return the Field to it's former. I don't know if the team remains the same, but the pokemons I remember have those base speed stats: Darmanitan: 95 (Normal Form), 55 (Zen Form) Typhlosion: 100 Rotom: 86 Delphox: 104 Volcarona: 100 Ninetales: 100 Good Luck

There is a battler on Grand hall that shows up on Thursdays, his Charizard has life orb, after beating Amaria, I don't know before
-
As far as I know, yes. After city Restoration, it may be a place, but I don't really know. Try asking on online play. Someone will help you for sure

Ice Beam is not obtainable on E17, unless you got it from previous episodes or know someone who did. If I'm not mistaken, you'll need to go to a small pond East of Calcenon city at nigh with an Ill-fated doll on your inventory. I don't know if hailing is needed. This is the place: It'll jump down the waterfall and start a battle. If you begin to waste to much time, ask on the forum, maybe someone can trade you one. I can't unfortunately. Good luck!

Greninja is very useful. Personally, I prefer using it Special as it has a bit more base stats on Sp. Atk and the powerful moves it learns are mainly Special. If you want it to be Special Attacker, go with Timid nature and moves: Scald / Water Pledge (Scald is better but you get a bit late on the game, so Water Pledge will help earlier), Extrasensory (lvl up), Dark Pulse (TM from Luna), Water Shuriken / Surf (Water Shuriken helps break through Sturdies and Focus Sashes, Surf in Double Battle), change that latter move for Ice Beam when it becomes available. Also use Protean, you'll have STAB in every move. If you prefer a Physical one, go with Jolly Nature and moves: Night Slash, Smack Down, Gunk Shot, U-turn / Toxic Spikes.

@N1Dude I'm all about power, that does not mean that I like power against me hahaha
-
Enjoy. @tamamonomae0 when you are done, call me ^^
-
@Petro7277 Torchic and Starly are ready. Tell me when you are online
-
@tamamonomae0 Defog, maybe. Give anything you think it's best. @Petro7277 DOn't worry, we don't charge. Just out of curiosity, what is your ideal team?
-
@tamamonomae0 let's split the work? Let Torchic and Starly for me, you breed Deino and Rowlet (also breed this last for me please)
-
I know, but any mon with Crunch will do more damage every turn without having to rely on the possibility of the pokemon running away. Anyway, I like your suggestions. Nidoking and Araquanid are not my type of mons, but with the right movepool they'll become great assets to this team.
