Use 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD on Vaporeon, if you're going to use Wish support. Basically what the others said; get rid of Hardy Nature and use the 252 / 252 / 4 EV spread on your 255 / 255 pokemon.

Instead of using Lum Berry on Serperior, how about just using Substitute over Gastro Acid? Sub blocks status just as well, and gives you a somewhat reliable version of SubSeed, instead of just spamming Leaf Storm. If you're not going to use HP Fire, SubSeed allows you to set up on Pokemon such as Forretress that you can't really hurt much, however you may need a Rapid Spinner just in case it sets up too much hazards. Instead of Lum, maybe the usual Leftovers or Life Orb? xd
