So it turns out that Pokemon Amie is what was reponsible for the weird Chespin text. Other things it can do: raise your Pokemon's Evasion, critical hit ratio, make Paralysis go away and let it survive hits that would knock it out. Of course, since this comes from Serebii, there's a chance that it could be wrong.... please be wrong it would break the game

Targeter: A move will always attack the selected target. Moves that hit all in Double/Triple battles only hit one. Rage Powder/Follow Me will not work on a pokemon holding this item. Nitro Boost: Boosts the pokemon's speed and attack once when using a priority move. Secondary Wings: A flying-type/pokemon with Levitate can not be dragged down to the ground, no matter what. However, Roost only gives back 1/4 of health. Trust Orb: Increases a pokemon's happiness with movement.

Um, no. As far as I recall, Android OSes are versions of Linux software, so in theory (I know nothing about this so don't blame me if it goes wrong) the way Linux users run Reborn should work for you. ...Which may or may not be running another OS on there. (Also: Amethyst, have you not seen the chromebook YouTube ad? They are goddamn everywhere.)
